MICROSOFT DYNAMICS RMS EXPERTS

Internet Explorer 10 (IE 10) was released to public on February 27th 2013. However, if you upgrade an RMS computer to that latest version of the Microsoft's Web browser, you will notice some compatibility issues. In particular, the Web Status in the RMS POS interface will look quite different - in fact it will appear completely blank with white background, not showing any info except for the Dynamics logo in the corner... That is caused by the fact that IE 10 no longer supports DirectX-based Filters and Transactions (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ie/hh801215(v=vs.85).aspx) - some of which were employed in the standard Web Status HTML file shipped with RMS 2.0 and with some add-ons (Retail Hero's Hero Points and Q-Rewards in particular)...
