Robson Associates Inc. was formed in 1988 under the corporate entity of Robson, McLean and Associates Ltd. The firm represents the continuation of a fee appraisal and consulting practice that originated in the Central Business District of Toronto in the early 1970s. The founding partners believed that there was a need for a specialized firm that would concentrate on industrial, commercial, expropriation, and litigation-oriented appraisals... Robson Associates Inc. is a relatively small volume appraisal house that tends to specialize in "out of the ordinary" appraisal problems, often involving litigation.
