Amy grew up on her family's block of virgin scrub on the "dark" (western) side of the Valley. She is responsible for the striking artwork on our labels and her larger drawings and paintings that hang from the walls in the Den reflect life from a Barossa viewpoint. Amy has also supplied art work for Quay Restaurant's highly awarded wine list and winemaker Chris Ringland's Randall's Hill in 1995 and 1997. Replanting native bush in and around Rusden and her and Christian's home is her ongoing project. She actively seeks ways in which Rusden can reduce its imprint on the environment through waste management, recycling systems and closing the gap between recycling and reuse.
Having grown up on the vineyard among a family of vignerons and Barossa folk, it was probably in Christian's blood to end up in the industry in one form or another. Nowadays, Christian has over 25 years of winemaking experience including international exposure and stints at some of the most highly regarded wineries in the nation. In 1997 he made the decision to take on the wine making responsibilities for the family business and has continued to make wines of the highest caliber. As a true Vigneron, Christian believes great wines start in the vineyard and spends a great deal of time nurturing the old vines. Married to Amy, together they have raised four beautiful children, Cadell, Amalia, Louis and Grace.

Craig is responsible for the National distribution of Rusden Wines and oversees Marketing Strategy & Brand Development. The winery's ‘Hands on' philosophy means any spare time Craig has, he is helping Christian out in the winery. For as long as he has been at Rusden, Craig has been part of every vintage. In that way he knows our wines intimately, because he has physically had a hand in the journey of each wine we bottle.

Having grown up on the Rusden property, and being Christian's sister, Hayley has had a natural progression into our family business and has become an integral part of Rusden Wines. She manages our accounts, finances and daily operations. She is immersed in the history of the family story, the property and the winery, and enthusiastic and dedicated to building Rusden Wines for the future.
