Barry Rojack

Barry Joined SalesSense in 2022 as the Head of Regulatory, Risk and Compliance. Barry is responsible for the compliance strategy as well as leading and developing the Compliance Function. Barry worked in Regulatory, Risk and Compliance for the Ulster Bank for 19 years as their Regulatory Developments Manager and the Head of Strategic Remediation - Conduct Advisory.

Carol Murphy

Carol is an accomplished HR and L&D professional with over 20 years' experience partnering with business leaders to create and sustain high performance within multinational organisations. Carol has held senior roles in Golden Pages, Smart Telecom, and eircom before joining SalesSense in 2015 as Head of Learning & Development. She completed a Masters in Human Resource Management in UCD in 2015 to add to her Masters in eCommerce and BComm from NUIG. Strategic, decisive, and exceptionally passionate about people development Carol delivers organisational capability solutions that deliver key commercial goals for SalesSense. She has successfully scoped, designed, and implemented a unilateral training and development strategy aligned to the organisational and agreed requirements of all principal stakeholders.

Craig Lennon

Craig joined SalesSense in 2013 having gained invaluable management, operational & sales experience with Godolphin and Coolmore Studs in the UK, Australia, and the USA. He holds qualifications in Equine Stud Management and Racehorse Training and Equine Dentistry. Craig is a talented people manager, customer focused with exceptional leadership skills. He has developed his experience in SalesSense working initially in consumer sales followed by sales management and now Account Director for our Energy markets.

Elizabeth Mathers

Elizabeth joined SalesSense in 2014 having gained invaluable Call Centre senior management experience with Vodafone and Teleperformance where she worked as Operations Manager in Dundalk and Newry respectively. She is a talented people manager and a customer advocate with strong leadership ability. She has excelled in developing an innovative, customer-focused, can-do culture within SalesSense. Having had operational responsibility for complex multi-site campaigns across industry and different geographic territories Elizabeth has driven the SalesSense CEC's while enabling growth and delivering to client requirements while maintaining excellent client relationships. She continues to provide leadership and mentoring while the organisation responds rapidly to changes in market and customer dynamics.

Gerard Teahon - CEO

Gerard founded SalesSense in 2006 and is Chief Executive Officer. A leader with a strong belief in people development, he has cultivated a strong culture in SalesSense with people at the heart of its success. Having held senior Field Sales and Contact Centre roles in the telecoms and outsourcing through his time with eir, CPM and Smart Telecom, he has worked and delivered across all Consumer, B2B and Enterprise Channels with consistent success. He has led SalesSense from a small field sales operation to an omni-channel business delivering sales and service through Customer Engagement Centre and field operations. The business now operates successfully within telecoms, energy, media, transport, logistics and technology industries internationally. SalesSense became a Deloitte Best Managed Gold Partner in 2019. Gerard was chairman of the consortia steering group for the Apprenticeship in Sales which he believes will greatly advance the sales industry in Ireland. He has held external advisor roles for both Munster Technological University (MTU) and Carlow IT in developing their respective business degree courses. He holds an honours degree in Business from GMIT and successfully completed the Leadership4Growth program through IESE in Barcelona.

Lorraine Murray

Lorraine joined SalesSense in 2014 initially as a Recruitment Advisor having previously worked in HR and Administration with Dunne's Stores. Today she is responsible for leading a team of recruitment professionals, enabling them to deliver our objectives and ensure commercial success. Lorraine coordinates stakeholders and has become adept at forecasting hiring needs across the business. Lorraine acts as a mentor to the rest of the management team on hiring techniques. Having graduated with a BBA Lorraine has continuously developed the recruitment function and ensures there is a flow of talented Customer Engagement, Sales and Support staff, available for the benefit of our teams, our clients, and our client's customers.

Paddy Cumiskey

Paddy joined SalesSense in 2016 and today leads a dynamic team to deliver adaptability and change through innovative technology. In late 2019 he led the migration to our new 8x8 omni-channel communications system while simultaneously enabling all staff to function in a remote environment, a strategic change designed to enable our future growth but with the huge benefit of securing our operational capability during the COVID-19 lockdown. He participates in the Design phase of our operating model and is accountable for the "T" in People Process Technology.

Pat Stack

Pat joined SalesSense in 2016 having established and run his own Retail & Wholesale business for the previous 10 years. Prior to that he held sales management roles in eir & Smart Telecom. Pat holds an honours BComm from UCC. He is client focused and an energetic and enthusiastic leader. Pat is responsible for developing our future success through winning new customers in our newly developing business markets, with a key focus on emerging technologies and the role it will play in enhancing customer experience.

Simon Brown - COO

Simon joined SalesSense in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer. A leading authority on contact centre operations in Ireland, he has led teams at Hertz, eircom and Vodafone and has significant outsourcing experience with Capita (its first Service Manager in Ireland), CPM (strategic planning initiative and personal diversification) and Firstsource (General Manager) before joining SalesSense to help build new channels, and deliver on a strategy to create and set up our pioneering Customer Engagement Centre. As COO Simon leads teams across IT, HR, Recruitment and Learning & Development. Together with the many accolades he has won in his time with SalesSense, he also headed up eircom TSS when winning the Irish, EMEA and World Contact Centre of the year awards, as well as serving a two-year term on the board of the Call Centre Managers Association (CCMA).

Tim O'Donoghue - CFO

Tim is FCCA qualified with a BA in Accounting & Finance from DCU. He qualified in practice and moved into the telecoms industry where he became Financial Controller of Vodafone Retail in Ireland with responsibility for the finance and administrative functions of the retail footprint in Ireland. Tim joined SalesSense in October 2011 as Financial Controller before taking up his current role in 2013. His focus in SalesSense was very much on implementing robust internal processes and controls that have serviced the needs of the business well as it has grown. His attention to detail and planning for growth has ensured that growth has been seamlessly incorporated to date. Tim is exceptionally passionate about people development and delights in mentoring people to understand the business and develop their capabilities cross functionally. He aligns his commercial acumen with a client centric focus to deliver mutually beneficial solutions.

Áine Mulroe

Áine joined SalesSense in 2011 and is responsible for leading our back-office functions for Accounts and Payroll. Together with her team Áine maintains the financial accounts for the business with a key focus on compliance. A team player and strong communicator, Áine plays a lead role in enabling our Clients to drive efficiencies and improve customer experience in support functions.
