Ernest Seow

Ernest Seow Teng Peng was in the public accounting profession for about 40 years, and was an audit partner of international public accounting firms for 24 years. In 2004, he retired as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers. After his retirement he served as an independent director of a number of companies both listed and unlisted and provided financial advice when requested. He was an expert witness on financial matters for several legal cases including two notable ones. Ernest is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Singapore and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and also a fellow member of CPA Australia. He is our Senior Consultant for Litigation Support Services.

Henry Lim

Henry was awarded two Government scholarships to pursue his Bachelor (Honours) in Arts and Social Science degree with the National University of Singapore and then his Masters in Business Administration with Accountancy specialization degree with the Nanyang Business School. He started his career with the Auditor-General Office raising to the rank of deputy director before leaving to join FKT - Grant Thornton and was rapidly admitted as an audit partner leading audits of both publicly listed companies and privately held enterprises. His experience includes audits of not-for-profit organisations including Government bodies and town councils. He also assisted companies seeking listing in the Singapore Stock Exchange as their reporting accountant as well as performed financial due diligence for companies as part of their mergers or acquisitions exercise. In 2017, Henry joins us as a Partner to manage our Tax Department in addition to providing advisory services. He also acts as our Technical Partner on accounting and taxation matters. Henry is passionate about nurturing a younger generation of accountants and is actively involved in imparting his skills and knowledge to the younger generation through his involvement with the Singapore CA Qualification as a workshop facilitator and examination marker. He is also an adjunct lecturer at SUSS.

Iman Rohan

Suree Rohan CA, ASEAN CPA, is the Audit and Tax Principal at Rohan Mah & Partners LLP. She also heads their Advisory Department for financial institutions and foreign investors. Her previous experiences include wealth management with Citibank, an American multi-national banking and financial services corporation. Her accountancy career started with international accounting firm, Ernst & Young LLP as an auditor for international financial institutions such as banks, hedge funds, asset managers and global commodity trading companies. Thereafter, she took on an Advisory role as a Regional Consultant with financial institutions in Asia Pacific. Her risk management, internal audit, compliance and corporate governance work saw her based in China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia. She is currently the Vice President of PPIS, a S$40M Charity with ten (10) Service Centres islandwide focusing on the welfare of Women, Children and Families. She has chaired their Audit, Fundraising, Children Services, Family Therapy Institute and Strategy Advisory Committees in her volunteer journey with them. She also serves as Trustee and Director of OaksPlus Limited (Registered Charity) which manages nine (9) Childcare and Infantcare Centres which are majority SPARKS accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). She also sits on the Board of Governors for Republic Polytechnic and is Co-Chairman of the Arts Consultative Panel of the Info-communications Media Development Authority of Singapore (IMDA).

Tan How Choon

Tan How Choon FCA (Singapore) has about 40 years of experience in forensic accounting and IT services with both public and private sectors. He is a Certified IT/S Auditor, Adjunct Associate Professor of NTU and a Training Consultant and Secretary of White Collar Crime Investigation Program/Committee under Prime Minister's Office strategic leadership initiative. How Choon was Chief Information Officer with Ministry of Home Affairs. His previous job holdings included Senior Systems Consultant at Sperry Rand/Sperry Computer Systems (now Unisys), Chief IT Auditor and Director of Government Information Services Department at Singapore National Computer Board. At NCB, he was involved in several national strategic planning projects including IT2000/Intelligent Island, Library 2000, Civil Service Computerized Systems (CSCP). He led the Ministry of Home Affairs' National Registration Identity Card project team to successfully implement the New NRIC System and Central Investigation Department's Finger Print System in 1990. In late 1980s, he designed and implemented the first Enterprise Resource Planning System for the German Rollei Camera factory in Singapore before ERP became fashionable. He graduated from Nanyang University with a B. Com. degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. Subsequently, he pursued and obtained MSc (Management of Technology) (NUS) and MBA (Accountancy) (NTU) whilst achieving scholarships from National Computer Board. He was also Adjunct Associate Professor with National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School's MBA program from 1998 to 2004 and Australian National University (ANU)'s Master of International Management program from 2001 to 2004. How Choon joins RMP as the Director, Forensic & IT Services and expert witness for related court cases.
