Angelica was raised in Boulder City, NV a suburb of Las Vegas, NV. While attending UNLV she began her commercial real estate career working in escrow at Chicago Title from 2007 - 2009. She then accepted a position at Colliers International where she spent the next 5 years learning and absorbing all things commercial real estate from her mentors, while waiting out The Great Recession. In 2015, Angelica joined R.O.I. Commercial where she is currently part of The Sorrentino Group.
Ashley directly supports the brokerage team to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
Experience in marketing, transaction management and high-level administrative support
Ashley is a native Nevadan. She started her commercial real estate career at Voit Real Estate Services from 2013 - 2015, as a marketing assistant. She was recruited and promoted to R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2015, as an office manager. She supports all brokers and staff managing various financial responsibilities for the company, including accounting and invoicing, office operations.
Ashley is passionate about animals and donates her time to The Animal Foundation, NSPCA & Heaven Can Wait.
Fun Fact: Ashley previously worked as a freelance makeup artist for 6 years.

Growing up in South Florida and Northern Nevada, Brian made his way to California where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from San Jose State University.
Brian joined R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2003 after closing the chapter to his former life as a Burger King and Houlihan's franchisee.

Raised in Las Vegas, Carina began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 1994. In her 25 years of experience, she has developed a strong personal and professional character, which is evidenced by her long-lasting professional relationships, reputation and achievements.
Prior to joining ROI Commercial Real Estate, Carina was a Senior Leasing Director at Weingarten Realty for 15 years, where she was responsible for the Real Estate activities of Weingarten's 2 million square foot portfolio in Nevada and Utah. During her time with one of the Nation's premier REIT's, Carina earned acknowledgments for Top Revenue Producer and Top Transaction Producer multiple times and gained valuable knowledge and skill in contract negotiations, new development, market analysis, and asset management.
Carina has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for 23 years. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with her sons and their families.
Fun Fact: Carina recently became certified in open water diving.

Chris is an Associate with the Adamson Team at ROI Commercial Real Estate. Born and raised in San Diego, Chris made his way to Las Vegas in 2014. Prior to joining ROI, Chris gained extensive experience in various different sectors of the hospitality industry.
Chris is a huge sports fan and has a favorite team in nearly every professional league, foreign and domestic. He loves playing sports and most outdoor activities like snowboarding, surfing, and swimming. When he isn't hanging out with friends and family, you can find Chris reading a book or watching movies.

Deron was proudly born and raised in Northern California, specifically Sacramento and El Dorado Hills. Deron made his way to Southern California where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning and Development from San Diego State University. He started his career in commercial real estate in 1983 as an intern with the former Grubb & Ellis.
Deron moved with a San Diego based developer to Las Vegas in 1990, the same year that UNLV won the Men's Basketball National Championship against Duke. After 26 years of living in Las Vegas, Deron started working at R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2013, while maintaining an active Real Estate License in California.
Deron has a primary background in public shopping center REIT's and private commercial developers. Specialties in retail include marketing, lease and sale negotiations, retail tenant representation, and ground up shopping center development.

Edward and his colleagues at ROI Commercial Real Estate helped us find two prime locations in the highly competitive Las Vegas market. We are a national company so Edward was truly our eyes and ears on the street and helped us secure competitive terms. We are very excited to launch our 90th and 91st stores nationally and our first two in the Las Vegas.
A native of Scarsdale, NY and Liberty, MO. Edward is happy to call Las Vegas home.
Edward started his real estate career in 2002 with Liberty Property Management where he helped run a commercial portfolio for a European investment group. From 2011 to 2014, Edward continued to build his skills and experience, strengthening the performance of and growth of commercial portfolio's for Chasebrook Company, Stoltz Real Estate Partners and Kite Realty Group-NYSE.
Edward joined R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2016 and has helped many clients with leasing and investment sales.
Ernestine has managed R.O.I.'s in-house mapping and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for 18 years. She oversees all aspects of research and market analysis for the Las Vegas market.
Ernestine has produced the site analysis packages for client specific needs as well as digital and aerial mapping needs. She also designs marketing pieces for brochures, web pages and social media postings.
Born in the Philippines, Ernestine graduated from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics. She worked at the National Mapping agency as a System Analyst in the Philippines for 10 years.
In her free time, Ernestine enjoys watercolor painting. She is one of eight recipients of a Notable Award in the 2021 Nevada P.S. I Love You Postcard Project with 1045 submissions. The event was hosted by the Nevada Humanities Program.

George is a native of Las Vegas and graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Financial Services.
George has more than 23 years of retail commercial real estate experience in both Las Vegas and Seattle, working both in-house for the landlord and at several brokerage houses. George started his commercial real estate career with CB Richard Ellis and then worked at the American Nevada Company, VOIT Real Estate Services and then finally was recruited to R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2016. Some of his major clients have included Bank of America, Chick-fil-A, C-III Asset Management, Dollar Tree Stores, Greystone, ULTA Beauty and Wells Fargo Bank.
He is a passionate supporter of the Las Vegas community including volunteering at organizations such as the Three Square Food Bank and the Animal Foundation, fundraising for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada and attending several Vegas Golden Knights home games every season.
Fun Facts: George once ate 50 pieces of sushi in a sushi eating contest, and he is also an avid outdoor enthusiast.

Born in Reno, NV and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Isabella moved to San Diego California, where she played Division 1 soccer for the University San Diego, while attainting a business degree in marketing.
Isabella ventured back to Las Vegas to pursue her legacy in commercial real estate. Isabella joined R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2017 as a licensed Nevada Salesperson.

Jeremy is an associate with the Graski Retail Team at ROI Commercial Real Estate, where he helps tenants and buyers in their commercial real estate transactions.
He was born and raised in Las Vegas and began pursuing his real estate career before graduating from UNLV in the Spring of 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. Jeremy brings a deep understanding and expertise of the expansive Las Vegas commercial real estate market to his clients.
In his free time, he enjoys anything fitness related or watching sports.
His favorite teams are The USMNT, Chelsea F.C., The Raiders, The Golden Knights, and The Runnin' Rebels.

Jim is a lifelong Las Vegas resident., graduating from Bishop Gorman High School and The University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Jim has over 27 years of real estate experience. His background in valuation and understanding of all phases of commercial real estate has been instrumental in his early success. Jim focused on appraisal until he joined R.O.I. Commercial real estate in 2013. He was named CoStar Power Broker in 2016.

Jonathan is a Senior Associate with the Graski Retail Team at ROI Commercial Real Estate and is a native Las Vegan. His professional background includes more than 4 years in the sales industry while working with Karlas Kars Auto Sales as an auto broker. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Emphasis in Finance from UNLV in May of 2019 and completed his MBA in 2022.
Jonathan is a big football fan and has a strong passion for outdoor activities, especially snowboarding, boating, surfing and wakeboarding, all of which he enjoys doing with his family and friends. He also practices yoga as a way to relieve stress and relax.
Kelly works closely with the Sorrentino team to provide daily support including helping track critical lease documents, expenses and records to ensure compliance with their lease agreements
Growing up in Thorp, Wisconsin, Kit graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a Business Administration, emphasis on Marketing and Management. He moved to Las Vegas in 1985.
Kit has more than 37 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Kit started his real estate career at CBRE in 1985 until he moved to Voit Real Estate Services in 2003. Kit was recruited to R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2016. He has handled more than $1.3 billion in transactions during the term of his career.

Robin was Born in Vernal, Utah, but moved to Las Vegas in 1980 where she was raised. She graduated from University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing.
Robin started her career in commercial real estate in 1991 with The Vista Group while going to UNLV. Robin also worked at Commerce/Cushman & Wakefield, NAI Global and VOIT Real Estate Services. She joined R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2015.

Todd Boyer has represented me in the expansion of Mail Boxes Etc. and now The UPS Stores in Las Vegas market for 28 years. He has been instrumental in helping us locate key retail locations to pursue and expand our network and is vital in the negotiations process - we always beat our competitors to the punch in acquiring the best retail locations.
Born and raised in Ogden, Utah, Todd graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics Management with an emphasis on Business.
Todd Began commercial real estate career in 1989 with former CB Commercial. In 1998, Todd joined R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate.
Specialties in retail include tenant representation, landlord representation, land sales, land acquisitions, surplus properties and repositioning, and investments. Todd prides himself on delivering the highest level of service to his clients, shown through representing his clients like Wells Fargo Bank and The UPS Stores for over 20 years in the Las Vegas market.
Todd is an active leader in youth organizations such as Boy Scouts of America, Pop Warner Football, and the Las Vegas Baseball Academy
