Andre Borowczak is an experienced, licensed architect and business executive with over thirty years of planning, budgeting, design oversight, project management and business administration experience.
He has experience in all phases of a project and his work encompasses healthcare facilities, schools, affordable, senior and supportive housing, and commercial spaces.
Mr. Borowczak excels in strategic relationships with principals, clients, and institutions guiding them to meet their goals. He has proven ability for a customer-oriented approach to project management, ensuring client satisfaction while consistently remaining on time and within budget guidelines.

Mr. Oundjian is an experienced structural engineer and project manager with over thirty years in design analysis, investigation, rehabilitation, field inspection, value engineering, and estimating for design build applications and turnkey projects.
His background also includes the application and adaptation of complex design to a diverse range of transportation, commercial, industrial, process support, cooling towers, semiconductor, and residential buildings. Mr. Oundjian is responsible for the overall engineering/design efforts and staff supervision, scheduling, project presentation, budget control, dealing with clients, agencies, architects, contractors - especially consultants and other engineering disciplines.
Sid Raman is the President of Raman & Oundjian Engineers & Architects, P.C., specializing in Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Energy related design services, serving New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Raman has more than thirty years of experience and has worked on a wide range of projects within the design and construction industry. As a seasoned engineering consultant and construction professional, he has worked with many public agencies such as the New York City Housing Authority, NYC Health + Hospitals Corporation, the General Services Administration, US Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Park Service.

Umesh Gadre has over fifteen years of engineering and project management experience in mechanical, sprinklers, plumbing and energy related projects. As a mechanical engineer he has been involved in numerous design-bid-build and design-build projects.
He possesses in depth knowledge of construction means and methods with specialization in the design and installation of complex building MEP systems.
His project experience includes office buildings, hospitals, hospitality, schools, transportation and multifamily buildings. In addition, his experience includes several LL87 - Energy Audits and Retro-Commissioning projects.
