Allen joined ROCK in August of 2015 as a Maintenance Technician for the Susquehanna Commerce Center. Prior to ROCK, Allen was responsible for general maintenance and repairs for buildings located in downtown York. This has served him well in his career duties which have included plumbing, electrical, painting, and grounds keeping.

Becky joined ROCK Commercial Real Estate as Director of Marketing in 2017. She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for ROCK's clients, as well as strengthening the firm's market presence throughout Central Pennsylvania. In 2019 Becky spearheaded ROCK's brand refresh, as well the development of a new, user-focused website with a cleaner, more modern look.
She heads every aspect of ROCK marketing including business development, website management, public relations, social media, corporate and property marketing collateral, email marketing, advertising, and events. Becky has worked in the commercial real estate industry for more than 18 years, including 14 years with Cushman & Wakefield in Baltimore.

Ben joined ROCK in 2006 specializing in sales and leasing in the office and investment markets. During his time as a Brokerage Advisor, Ben established a proven track record of understanding his clients' goals and achieving them in a professional and timely manner. Ben earned his CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2014, which helped him hone his skills in investment analysis.
Ben leveraged his expertise and experience as a Brokerage Advisor to assist in the growth of ROCK's Property Management team as a Property Manager from 2015-2018. He was responsible for the preparation and implementation of annual budgeting, lease compliance and evaluation, coordination of maintenance, presentations to executive and condominium boards and landlord/tenant relations for more than 900,000 square feet throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Ben rejoined the Brokerage Services team in 2019, enthusiastic to bring additional insight and experience to his clients' real estate needs. Whether working with professional office users to medical/health care industries, small and mid-sized businesses to corporate offices, warehouse users to investors, Ben stays focused on solving real problems with practical solutions.

Connor joined ROCK Commercial Real Estate in 2023 as a Brokerage Advisor who is working in all areas of commercial real estate and has an extensive background in financial analysis and leasing strategy. Connor will be based in ROCK's Lancaster office.
Prior to joining ROCK, Connor worked in the Washington D.C. market where he served as Director of Financial Analysis at West, Lake & Schlager Realty Advisors. His commercial real estate resume also includes The Ezra Company and Savills Studley. Connor is a graduate of Allegheny College.

Drew's background in GIS technologies, CRM administration and business intelligence software brings a unique perspective to ROCK's commercial real estate statistics.
In addition to data analytics, Drew taps into his creative side crafting 3D visuals to illustrate potential for underutilized space. His favorite 3D ventures include urban revival projects that modernize structures while maintaining historic charm.

Michael joined ROCK Commercial Real Estate in 2003 and currently serves as Director of Operations. He has served as an Assistant Project Manager for High Construction Company and Wagman. Prior to his involvement in real estate, Travis owned a landscaping business for 11 years.
Travis's previous business experience has been invaluable in understanding the importance of client satisfaction through relationship-building, timely project management and effective communication skills. In addition to these skillsets, Travis is adept in blueprint analysis and design, budget oversight, data compilation, proposal development and the supervision of personnel.
