A successful entrepreneur with a passion for emerging economies, Michael is a senior emerging markets specialist with a successful track record in multiple markets as well as the Founding CEO of Renaissance Credit, Russian Consumer Bank start-up which developed into a multibillion dollar lending business. Michael played a leading role in establishing the AMEX payments business across the former Soviet Union and was the Vice President for the AMEX Franchise business across seventeen markets in EMEA. Michael is currently a Board Director of XacBank & TenGer Financial Group in Mongolia, Ronoc Myanmar Ltd. in Myanmar and Chairman of Teneo Capital & Restructuring based in New York. Peter Gall

Peter holds a BSc. in Economics and Finance and a MSc. in Quantitative Finance from University College Dublin.

Prior to joining InComm, Stefan was Executive Vice President and General Manager at American Express, heading the Global Prepaid & Alternative Payments division. Stefan was recognized as the 2016 Industry Achievement Winner by Pay Awards, and led the relaunch of Serve in 2013. Before moving to the U.S., Stefan spent ten years working in multiple divisions and roles with American Express in the UK and Continental Europe, and served as a board member on three joint ventures. Stefan holds a BA from University College London and an MBA from Lancaster University.
