Cesare was born and bred into the property industry. All his family are involved in development, construction or real estate sales and he was always on track to follow in their footsteps.
Having completed a Bachelor in Commerce, majoring in Property Valuation, at the University of Western Sydney, Cesare initially worked in hospitality and events for a number of years before returning to his original plan - a career in property.
With an innate knowledge of the industry, professional qualifications and recent work in the strata industry, Cesare knows the property market, while his time spent in hospitality reflects his love of working with people and excellent communication skills. Having grown up in Putney, he is also very familiar with Sydney's Inner West and North Shore schools, transport and lifestyle appeal.
A keen soccer player who competed at representative level with Marconi and the Parramatta Eagles, Cesare has the drive and commitment to achieve both on and off the field. A natural team player, who prides himself on always being polite, on time and dedicated, he has embraced the professional and positive team atmosphere at Roger Mickhail Property and is looking forward to pursuing his real estate career goals with the company.

Jessica decided to pursue a career in real estate while she was still at school and then went on to complete her Certificate of Registration at TAFE. Since joining Roger Mickhail Property at the start of 2024, she has quickly proven her hard-working attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn about all aspects of the property industry.
Determined, enthusiastic and a self-confessed "people person", Jessica particularly enjoys the day-to-day contact with tenants, landlords and the range of tradespeople and suppliers who service the property industry. Working as Property Management Assistant, she is able to employ her excellent computer and communications skills to support the Property Management team in providing a top level of service to all our clients.
Initially inspired to move in to real estate by seeing how agents helped people achieve their dreams, she puts in 100% effort to achieve her career goal and has quickly become a key member of the Property Management team.
Born and brought up in Ryde, Jessica is very familiar with the Inner West area. A gymnast when she was younger, she keeps up her fitness at her local gym and spends her spare time with family and friends.
Working alongside the highly experienced Roger Mickhail Property team, Marie is fundamental to ensuring the team maximise results for their clients. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and an invigorating passion for property Marie works seamlessly to ensure clients feel valued and importantly that their experience with Roger Mickhail Property is one that they are delighted to remember.
With a strong background in high end fashion retailing, Marie plays a vital role in the success of seamless property transactions and successful property leasing.
