Charlie Rowland joined RSS 1982. He is a Charted Life Underwriter, Certified Insurance Counselor and produces and services commercial and personal lines insurance. He graduated from McCallie School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
He lives on Signal Mountain and is married to Margie. He is a father to five daughters and grandfather of nine. In his spare time, he is active in his church (St Timothy Episcopal Church) and with the YMCA and Signal Mountain Golf.
Since 1978 Dan Fulghum has been helping businesses and individuals in the Chattanooga area protect their assets by determining their insurance needs and helping them obtain top-quality protection. He is a graduate of Chattanooga High School and the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Dan joined RSS Insurance in 1992 where he has specialized in insuring construction accounts.
David joined RSS in the summer of 2013 after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Finance. He helps business owners and successful families manage their insurance programs and is currently working on the Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
In his free time, David enjoys coaching swimming, hunting and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Chattanooga with his wife Meredith, and they are expecting their first child in mid-2019.

Kyle Stephens joined RSS in 2018. Prior to RSS Kyle worked for ADP and this experience has given him a unique perspective to be able to help companies integrate their payroll and HR into their insurance program.
With his recently completed Certified Work Comp Advisor certification, Kyle focuses on educating companies on their insurance program to help them create a safe working environment. Some industries that Kyle focuses on include: event rental, Ttrucking including Fedex contractors, human services, home health care, contractors and many others.
Kyle graduated from the University of Alabama in 2011 where he met his wife Lindsey. After graduation, Kyle and Lindsey moved to Chattanooga, TN and they have lived there for over 8 years. Most of Kyle's free time is spent playing outside with his sons Drew and Wyatt. Kyle serves on the board for 10/40's Connections and heads up the HR committee.

Mr. David H. Allen is one of the Agency Principals of RSS Insurance. David's strong work ethic and leadership have helped grow RSS into one of the leading and most respected insurance agencies in the Southeast. He works with businesses and families across the United States to help them manage their risk management and insurance goals. By reputation, David is known to be excitingly compassionate about his work and bringing value to every client and relationship he serves.
David has expertise in many fields of insurance including Commercial Insurance, Professional Liability, Surety Bonds and Personal Insurance. He is also a leading professional of complex risk programs and Captives. David received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee, with a dual major in Finance and Spanish, and a collateral degree in International Business. He also received his Master of Science in Insurance and Risk Management from Florida State University.
In order to provide superior service to his clients, David maintains his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation, and is currently completing his Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. He has previously served on the Insurors of Tennessee Young Agent and State Association Board of Directors.
With a committed dedication to giving back to his community and a genuine love for helping people, David is a member and serves on the board of numerous civic and non-profit organizations. In his spare time, David enjoys being outdoors in any way, coaching youth sports and spending time with his wife Gracie and their dogs.

Todd joined RSS in 2019, after spending over 12 years in commercial banking. His banking career gave him experience in customer service, sales, credit analysis, portfolio management and operations. He is a graduate of Briarcrest Christian School (Memphis) and the University of Tennessee (Knoxville). He enjoys building client relationships and working on behalf of the insured.
In his free time, Todd enjoys drumming in his band, playing golf, cooking and spending time with family and friends. He lives in Chattanooga with his wife Caroline and their two children, Teddy and Louise.
Tom Rowland is the Founder of RSS Insurance. He has been in the insurance business since 1960, marking almost 60 years in the industry. In 1973, he formed Rowland & Daniels which eventually became RSS Insurance. Tom has been very active in professional insurance organizations as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club. He is a dedicated professional with a friendly touch.
Tom was born in Chicago, IL but moved to Chattanooga at the age of nine months. He attended Central High School and the University of Chattanooga, graduating with a degree in Business Administration. He and his wife Judy enjoy living and serving the Chattanooga community. They have three adult children and eight grandchildren. Tom has served our community throughout his life contributing his talents to many Civic and Political organizations. He is a member of First-Centenary United Methodist Church.
Trey began his career at RSS Insurance in 2009 as an Insurance Producer where he trained under then Principals John Slaten and Tom Rowland. In 2013, RSS perpetuated the agency and Trey became an owner of RSS Insurance. As an agency principal, Trey has mentored many young agents helping them to start and grow in their insurance careers. Trey also serves on the advisory boards of several insurance carriers.
Trey develops long-term relationships with those around him, priding himself on recommending appropriate risk solutions to his clients. Trey loves working with clients, considering their needs and helping them navigate their risk. He enjoys spending time with clients and values the trust they place in him. Trey is a native Chattanoogan who graduated from McCallie School and Auburn University with a degree in Business. He lives on Signal Mountain with his wife Laurel, and three sons (Preston, Miller, and Meade). In his spare time, Trey enjoys coaching his sons in baseball, returning to Auburn for football games and tailgating with friends and family. He also enjoys a good hunting or fishing trip.
Tyler joined RSS in 2019, after completing his Finance degree from Lee University. He is a longtime resident of Chattanooga and a graduate of Baylor School. Before choosing the insurance business, Tyler played nine years of professional baseball in the Colorado Rockies organization. As a Risk Advisor, Tyler looks to always serve his clients and continually exceed all expectations.
