Andrei Patrascu joined SARA Pharm in July 2021 as Research Scientist. He received his M.Sc. degree in Chemistry of Advanced Materials in 2014 and he is currently a PhD. Student at University of Bucharest, Inorganic Chemistry Department. His expertise includes synthesis of ligands, coordination complexes, SC-XRD.
Corina Manta is part of SARA Pharm team since 2012. She is currently Technical Director at SARA Pharm Solutions, Bucharest, Romania. She received her M.Sc. degree in Advanced Separation and Purification in 2011 and defended her Ph.D in 2012 from University Politehnica of Bucharest, Faculty of Applied Chemistry and Materials Science, Chemical Engineering Department. Her expertise includes solid state pharmaceuticals, optimization process, analytical techniques and organic synthesis. Also, she has expertise in project management and implementation (POS CCE SARELCAT SMIS Code 45567 and as Project Responsible in AMD-FARMA-MED project, SMIS Code 105725 in collaboration with National Institute of Materials Physics). Currently she is involved as Project Responsible in H2020-MSCA-RISE-2017 (CLATHROPROBES 778245). Corina was awarded in 2019 a MARIE SKĹ ODOWSKA-CURIE Fellowship as part of the EU-funded CLATHROPROBES project. Also, she obtained in 2020 a graduation certificate as a quality auditor (COR 214130) recognized by Ministry of Education and Research and Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, respectively.
Eugenia Mihalcea is the Chairman & CEO and co-founder of SARA Pharm Solutions. Having gained her engineer degree in the field of Petrochemistry at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, she later went on to train as a Scientific Officer with The National Institute for Research & Development ZECASIN, Romania, and the Chemical Engineering Department of the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. She has lead a successful career while simultaneously developing a strong business background as the General Manager of SARA Industries SRL, a company providing high tech equipment for various industrial applications.

Ioan Mihalcea is the Managing Director of SARA Pharm Solutions. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, Romania. Ioan is in charge of fulfilling the company mission and objectives; spearheaded the business strategies, hiring policies and business partnerships. In charge of project management: working with teams to develop and negotiate proposals tailored to the client s needs, concerns and objectives, oversee projects and timelines from inception to completion. Besides negotiating contracts and expanding the B2B clients base worldwide, Ioan is overseeing compliance with regional and local lab & company regulations as well as meeting regulatory standards of the Quality Management System (QMS) (ISO 9001:2015 and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)) and customized client standards, also being the contact person for audits and inspections and in charge of implementation of corrective actions. Before joining SARA Pharm Solutions, Ioan has worked in Sales and Marcomm with TAROM Romanian Airlines for 10+ years.

Before joining SARA Pharm Solutions, Ioan has worked as Sales Manager with TAROM Romanian Airlines, and later on was promoted to Communication Specialist. Ioan aims to establish a wealthy customer base for the company.

Oana Nita (Parpala) is part of SARA Pharm team since 2015 as Business Development Manager. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Bank Financial Management from University of Craiova. She is in charge of promoting SARA Pharm s capabilities, increase the client portfolio and maintain good relationships with the customers. She attends exhibitions such as CPhI Worldwide, together with technical staff, in order to meet the company's clients or identify new potential collaboration opportunities.
