Anne Murigi

Anne Murigi joined our architectural team in Atlanta, Georgia in October. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. Anne gained experience in industrial and multi-family design while employed as an assistant project manager and BIM captain at a previous firm where she completed a variety of projects including CMU and hollow core plank construction in Naples, Florida, along with typical wood construction, townhomes, and wrap projects in Charleston, South Carolina. Anne has completed projects from schematic design to construction administration, while also mentoring junior staff and providing solutions to software queries. At Rosemann, Anne drafts elevations, floor plans, and general building codes and works closely with clients and stakeholders of a project to make sure that the design meets their requirements. She liaises with project managers to prepare budgets and ensure timely completion of projects. She also maintains up-to-date knowledge of construction and architectural procedures and employs this information in planning, coordination, and design. Anne is skilled in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Bluebeam and Revit.

Atlanta Studio

John brings over 32 years of experience as a senior level architect with a genuine passion for design and a history of working for several national firms from Memphis and Dallas to Atlanta. He has significant project experience in a combination of mixed-use/office, assisted living, healthcare and historic renovations. His work has helped to transform campuses and neighborhoods and contributed to revitalizing cities. As Atlanta Studio Director at Rosemann, John operates on multiple fronts overseeing all phases of the design process through construction administration. His experience with Integrated Project Delivery allows John to effectively coalesce the design team, construction professionals and clients. John encourages agency and new ideas in his team and is dedicated to innovative problem solving, and design excellence. He is a client advocate and relationship steward and believes in guiding the operations of a studio, both in the mentorship and development of staff, as well as fiscal oversight. John is active in professional and civic affairs by donating his time to the AIA, Rotary International, Habitat for Humanity and his Neighborhood Association Board. John's numerous interests outside the office include mountain biking, snow skiing, coaching his kid's sports teams, cooking, fitness training, sports and golf. He is a big Atlanta Braves and Tennessee Volunteers fan.

Britt Michaels

Britt Michaels joined the Rosemann Atlanta team in August 2021. Born and raised in Germany, she got her Master's Degree in Architecture from Technische Universitaet Berlin, Germany. She grew up and lived in apartments until moving to Atlanta where she brings plenty of ‘experience' regarding living in small spaces. Britt worked on multifamily projects in Berlin, Germany, for four years prior to completing her Master's Degree. After that, she moved to New York City for an internship where she was quickly promoted and gained experience working in all phases from schematic design. through permitting to construction administration for 13 years. Her focus was on alteration and renovation work in multifamily and 1 & 2 family buildings on residential projects. In 2018 Britt moved to Atlanta where she worked on affordable housing, senior living, student housing and market rate new construction for three years before starting with Rosemann. She brings to Rosemann considerable experience in renovations, alterations and new construction as well as training new employees and proficiency in developing CAD and BIM standards.

Brittany Kampschroeder

Brittany is an integral Project Manager for the production team at Rosemann. She worked as a property manager for a multi-family apartment community prior to beginning her architecture career, which affords her a unique understanding of the operations side of the business.

Carson Sevart

Carson Sevart joined Rosemann & Associates, P.C. in the Summer of 2023 as a summer intern. He joins us again this year for an extended 7-month internship as a part of The University of Kansas' Social Entrepreneurship Final Year Option. He will graduate from the University of Kansas with a Master of Architecture in the Spring of 2025. While at KU, he traveled and studied abroad in Seoul, South Korea, and Tokyo, Japan, and was able to explore traditional Japanese and Korean housing.

Cindi McAdams

Director of Business Development Cindi McAdams is a graduate of the University of Portland, Portland, OR and a resident of Atlanta. Cindi has considerable experience leading strategic business development, team and project management, sales, negotiations, and lead generation, She has held both technical and managerial positions during her career, giving her a broad perspective of client needs. is a graduate of the University of Portland, Portland, OR and a resident of Atlanta. Cindi also collaborates with Rosemann's Kansas City, Denver, and St. Louis teams to further build our presence, while continuing Rosemann's tradition of exemplary customer service. She is skilled at implementing effective client strategies and winning pursuits in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry, as well as the commercial real estate arena.

Corben Cartmill

Corben Cartmill joined Rosemann & Associates, P.C. in the Fall of 2021 following his graduation at Kansas State University with a Master of Architecture. Prior to graduation, he traveled and studied in Orvieto, Italy for a summer and completed an internship with an architecture firm in Los Angeles, where he was exposed to all phases of design and learning construction methods. At Rosemann, Corben works with the project team to create spaces for people to live, work, and visit. He uses his vast experience of custom home designing and applies it to curating meaningful spaces for people to occupy in multifamily facilities. Corben is working towards licensure and enjoys gaining experience in all aspect of design, especially working with new challenges with each project.

Dave Hendrikse - VP

As Vice President, Dave is responsible for coordinating and integrating the requirements for architecture, interior design, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and electrical systems for cost effective, functional facilities in a diversity of project delivery methods. He also leads the quality control reviews of project documents for the company. Dave began his professional career in architecture in 1985 after receiving two degrees from the University of Kansas where he holds a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architectural Engineering from the School of Engineering. He is a licensed architect in the state of Missouri. In his free time, Dave enjoys helping to grant wishes to sick children through the Make-a-Wish foundation.

Going beyond architectural design, Don has become a trusted advisor with housing developers and owners through all steps of the development cycle. He is a well-versed consultant on the intricate details of tax credit deals to complex government relations and compliance requirements. Additionally, Don has dedicated his time to help local organizations focused on enriching lives including Habitat for Humanity and Universal Design.

Drew Jablonski

Drew Jablonski brings over 8 years of professional experience to Rosemann. Previously a project designer for a large architectural firm in St. Louis, Drew has coordinated the design of multifamily housing, senior living communities, corporate headquarters, and campus renovations. At Rosemann, Drew is responsible for producing complex technical drawings, compiling data for calculations, researching product solutions and ensuring plans are compliant. Drew is proficient in Revit, BIM Management, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Studio. He has considerable knowledge of modern building design and construction methods and the preparation of specifications. A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Drew attended the University of Kansas, where he graduated with a Master of Architecture Design. He is currently pursuing architectural licensing in the State of Missouri. In his free time, Drew volunteers as co-chair for the Youth in Need's Young Professionals Group and enjoys playing sports, especially lacrosse.

Emily Clements

Emily Clements, NCIDQ joined Rosemann's Kansas City office in the fall of 2021. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, Emily worked designing high-end single-family homes and spent the next 5 years working for a national commercial firm that specialized in grocery and retail projects across the country. With a 6+ year career in the industry, Emily has gained experience in every step of the design process from Programming to Construction Administration. She specializes in Site Analysis, Schematic Design, and Construction Documents. Her experience in grocery and retail design has provided her with excellent attention to detail, consultant coordination skills, and client communication skills.

Eric Moritz

Eric Moritz, AIA, NCARB is a true native of Atlanta. He brings a wealth of knowledge and nearly 10 years of experience in the field of architecture, holding a degree from Southern Polytechnic State University. Eric's expertise spans various market sectors, including multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, and K-12 projects. His hands-on approach to managing both new construction and renovation endeavors across the eastern United States showcases his adept leadership in design and project management initiatives. Eric's proficiency with various design tools is exceptional, and his dedication to innovation is evident from his active involvement in BIM committees. In past roles, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing Standards and Templates to enhance design processes and reduce errors. He served on the board of the Raytown Planning and Zoning Commission from 2007-2011. Gabe's career in architecture began in 2003 after graduation from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Architecture.

Jack Young

Jack Young joined Rosemann's Kansas City office in the summer of 2022. He is a graduate of The University of Kansas with a Master of Architecture. During his time at KU, he studied abroad in London and Paris. In his last year, he participated in the design-build graduate program, helping to design and build a sustainable, single-family home in Lawrence, KS.

With over six years in the architectural field, Justin has a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and using cutting-edge Virtual and Augmented Reality presentations to bring designs to life. As Project Manager, he guides our teams, emphasizing multifamily housing, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, student living, and senior housing ensuring that each project is handled with creativity, precision, and a keen eye for quality and sustainability.
