Brian Bessinger joined Royal Construction, Inc. in May of 1999 as a Project Manager and in 2014 joined Royal's Board of Directors as a shareholder. In 2016, Brian was elected Vice President. Prior to joining Royal, Brian attended the University of Wisconsin - Stout where he studied Industrial Technology with a concentration in Manufacturing Engineering.
Over the past 20+ years at Royal Construction, Brian has designed, estimated, and managed a wide variety of projects including Dental, Industrial Manufacturing, and the Hospitality industry. Brian is our in-house CAD designer, estimator, and resident "geek".
In his spare time, he likes snowmobiling, photography, and the occasional woodworking project.

Carol Bowe joined Royal Construction, Inc. in 2015 as Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for office functions running smoothly. She is the first person you speak to when you call or visit our office. Carol has over 20 years of experience.
Carol attended CVTC in the Office Assistant Program. Some of her strengths include her strong work ethic, willingness to help others, and reliability. Along with that, she is organized and a great problem solver.
Carol resides in the town of Tilden with her husband. She has two adult daughters, and six grandchildren. In her spare time, Carol enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as listening to country music, attending concerts, fishing, boating, and gardening. She is also an avid Packer and Badger fan.

Carrie Nielsen joined Royal Construction, Inc. in October of 2016 as Office Manager. She manages payroll, human resources, and assists with safety. She also serves as an Ambassador with the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce. Carrie has more than 10 years of experience.
Carrie attended CVTC for Business Management, and Globe University for a Business Management and Marketing degree. Carries strengths include excellent communication skills, trustworthiness, her ability to relate and connect with people, and her ability to mentor and train people.
Carrie lives in Chippewa Falls and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son. She has a passion for rescue cats. In her spare time, she likes hiking, kayaking, watching stock car racing, traveling, and volunteering at local events.

Colton Franks joined Royal Construction, Inc. in September of 2017 part time while he completed his senior year of college. He was hired full time after graduation as an assistant superintendent in May of 2018. In May of 2022, he was promoted to Project Manager. Colton brings with him over 3 years of experience as a project superintendent and 2 years of experience in project management.
Colton graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout, where he earned a BS in Construction. During his at UW Stout, Colton completed a 6-month internship in Las Vegas, where he worked as an Assistant Project Manager.
Colton is a strategic problem solver with critical thinking skills. He likes to find multiple solutions to resolve any problems that come his way. He is also an energetic personality, who gets along with anybody he meets-making him a great collaborator.
Colton lives south of Osseo with his wife, daughter, and their 2 dogs. His biggest passion is bow hunt, but he also enjoys golfing, downhill skiing, and fishing. His favorite sports team is the Packers and he loves going to Lambeau Field to watch them play.

Jacki Candell joined Royal Construction, Inc. in October 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Jacki oversees all financial activities for Royal Construction. With her, she brings over 17 years of experience in payroll and accounting.
Jacki is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Math and Economics. Jacki is a huge asset to our team as she is a life-long learner. She is always up for a challenge and excited to learn something new. She also enjoys strengthening her work relationships and collaborating as a team to help the company reach its full potential.
Jacki and her husband of 16 years reside in Eau Claire with their two sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, whether it is watching her sons play hockey, camping at Lake Holcombe, or boating out on the lake.

Jesse Cain joined Royal Construction, Inc. in 2015 as a Superintendent, and became a Project Manager in 2016. Jesse brings with him over 17 years of professional experience in commercial and industrial construction management. This experience has involved the construction of several multi-million-dollar retail, manufacturing, and warehousing facilities, as well as the site developments surrounding many of them.
Jesse is a 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he earned a BS in Construction with a Business minor. Prior to completing his education, he worked 8 summers in the construction field as a carpenter, roofer, and laborer, providing ample hands-on experience early in his career. Jesse understands and respects projects from the owner's perspective, which allows him to complete each one successfully.
Jesse is married and has two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys cross-country skiing, camping, canoeing and kayaking, and hunting and fishing. He also likes helping his friends with home improvements.

Kate Geissinger joined Royal Construction, Inc. in fall of 2023 as a Project Engineer. Kate brings with her over 10 years of experience in project management and interior design for both residential and commercial projects. While getting her undergrad, she participated in an internship in Spokane, Washington where she was a healthcare provider's facilities designer. After graduating college, she moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin and worked for a commercial flooring contractor.
Kate is a 2012 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Architecture. She also has a Master of Science Degree in Interior Design from Ball State University.
Kate and her husband, Andrew, live in Chippewa Falls with their two dogs Corduroy and Charlie. In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She likes spending time outdoors whether it's taking her dogs for walks, going out on the water, or tagging along on fishing and hunting trips with her husband. She also likes to snowboard and play golf and is an avid reader. She loves art, music, history, and historical buildings.

Nik Hanko joined Royal Construction, Inc. in 2015 as a Project Engineer, and became a Project Manager in 2017. Nik brings with him over 3 years of professional experience as a carpenter and foreman.
Nik is a 2012 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Platteville, where he earned a BS in Industrial Technology Management with an emphasis in Construction Management. Prior to completing his education, he worked as a summer project assistant with Kwik Trip.
Nik is a strategic problem solver who envisions smart solutions and executes projects on time and within budget. His role at Royal is to work alongside our clients from planning through completion to ensure a successful project.
Nik lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with his wife Lindsey, his two children, Jace and Kya, and their dog, Ace. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and wood working. He also enjoys watching sports, including the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers.

Ryan Arts joined Royal Construction Inc. in June of 2019 as a project manager intern and was promoted to a full-time position as Assistant Project Manager in May of 2021. Ryan has 8 years of experience in working for custom home builders and 3 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects.
Ryan is a 2021 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout, with a BS in Construction, and a minor in Business Administration.
Ryan is a strategic problem solver who pays attention to small details of every project he is involved in. His effective listening and communication skills allow him to execute projects efficiently.
Ryan currently resides in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, and attending car shows.

Timika Miner joined Royal Construction Inc. in May of 2021 as a Marketing Intern and was promoted to a full-time position as Marketing Specialist in September of 2021. Timika is a 2021 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, with a bachelor's degree in Integrated Strategic Communication (PR) and a minor in Multimedia Communication.
Timika is responsible for the marketing, media relations, branding, and advertising. She is a creative thinker and problem solver who likes collaborating with others.
Timika currently lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and participating in various outdoor activities and sports.
