Andy provides comprehensive legal counsel and services to writers, directors, actors, producers, financiers, production companies, and distributors. Andy's experience includes advising, negotiating and drafting on both sides of development deals, production services agreements, rights acquisitions, shopping agreements, distribution agreements, and talent services agreements for film, television, streaming, podcasting, videogames, and new media. Andy received his B.A. in rhetoric at UC Berkeley, and his J.D. from USC Law, where he was a Merit Scholar, a Tuverson & Hillyard Scholarship recipient, and a published Senior Submissions Editor for the Southern California Law Review.
