Ancia has been working in the financial industry since 1995 and has a vested interest in the RPS Group as a family business. As operational director she oversees the effective functioning of the business, coordinates its day-to-day and long-term activities, and is responsible for the Group's financial management. She, furthermore, ensures that the Group complies with legislation and regulations applicable to the financial services industry. She is a practical person with the ability to envisage the future, to see the big picture, and to give attention to detail at the same time. These invaluable competencies are key in helping her ensure that the RPS Group is managed in a proactive and professional manner.
Ancia is a keen gardener who delights in beautifying her surroundings. With her caring and compassionate nature, she finds purpose in being involved in community projects and being of service to others in her free time.

Annemarie is an experienced administrator, responsible for investment administration and client liaison that relate to clients' administrative requirements. She has an eye for detail and makes it her task to ensure the smooth running of the office's administrative processes. This makes her an invaluable asset to the RPS team.
When not at work, Annemarie enjoys lacing up her hiking boots and embarking on scenic hikes in the mountains or on the beach. She also finds joy in relaxing at home with a good book.

Braam, the founder of the RPS Group, has been in the financial industry since 1970. He is an experienced investment manager with a deep understanding of financial markets and a strong focus on proven investments to create personal wealth for his clients. His extensive experience in the industry has helped him to develop a keen eye for identifying investment opportunities, and to manage risk effectively. He spends time in researching the financial markets, and ensures that he stays up to date with the latest trends in the industry.
Braam also enjoys immersing himself in the natural world through gardening, and has a keen interest in cultivating plants.

Hendré has been in the financial industry since 2006. Most of this time he spent at Investec Private Bank as a private banker where he serviced high-net-worth individuals. During this time, he was also part of the leadership team within the Pretoria banking team.
His strengths lie in his practical and hands-on approach, and the way in which he applies his extensive experience of financial markets and investment opportunities when doing financial planning for individuals. He is a compassionate and affable person who believes in building long-term relationships with his clients, and in coaching them on how to plan to reach their financial goals.
Hendré enjoys watching and participating in sport. He is a family man and proud father of quadruplets. On weekends you will find him next to the school sports fields cheering his children on.

Janine is involved with managing the operational requirements of the RPS Group. Being highly-organised, detail-orientated and having exceptional multi-tasking skills, she promotes collaboration and works closely with her colleagues to ensure mutual support and productivity. She also assists with investment administration, with a specific focus on new business opportunities.
Janine enjoys spending quality time with her children and family, is a keen gardener, and loves watching sports, especially rugby. When she's not at work, you will find her tending to her garden or cooking up a feast for her family!
