Kearney has over 20 years experience as an award-winning professional writer with extensive experience writing in the automotive field on accounts such as Lexus, Toyota, Mazda and Suzuki. He has 5 years experience teaching Writing and Publishing at Trebas College of Art & Design and Ryerson and has established literary agents in Toronto and Los Angeles. Kearney has authored a book "Bringing Up Small Humans" for renowned Child Psychologist, Dr. Sol Goldstein.

Sharyn Cathcart graduated University with a double major in Graphic Design and English. In 1991 she established her own corporate identity KIARO Creative Ltd. and began freelancing. Driving multiple complex, large-scale projects from conceptual stages to delivery working with a diverse range of clients including Altimira, Goligers Travel, Hewlett Packard, TD Bank, Holiday Inn Sheraton Parkway she expanded her experience from a home based studio. Her creative cache includes graphic design, illustration and photography.
