Many have asked why the name Rotten Robbie. The Rotten Robbie moniker was a fun spin on the Robinson name and an inexpensive way to help customers remember us. Rotten Robbie seemed to work back when we began, so we continue to be Rotten Robbie today, and hopefully well into tomorrow... Rotten Robbie gas stations are a fourth-generation family business, owned and operated by Robinson Oil Corporation. We have 37 locations in the greater Bay Area, with our headquarters in Santa Clara. We've been around for over 75 years and have no plans to stop... We offer high-quality gas at a low price at the pumps and the best snacks and drinks in our stores. Don't forget the sudsy window-washing fluid while you fuel up. We're active members of the community, supporting local charities and school drives, and we root for Bay Area sports teams from Little League to the 49ers.
