Catriona is originally from Scotland but lives most of the year in Finnish Lapland. Catriona came to Finland for the first time in 2019 and fell in love with the beautiful nature there and has called it her home ever since! When she is not planning trips around Europe for herself she is planning them for all of our clients. Catriona is your main point of contact during your travels in Scandinavia as she is on the same timezone and makes sure that every last detail of your trip is perfect!
Born and raised in the United Kingdom, I have traveled extensively with my family throughout Europe. We moved as a family to the United States in 2013 and have happily settled in MA. My background was in Human Resources for European/Investment Banks. I love working with each client to design travel experiences that will create some of life's most powerful memories. Each trip is unique and therefore deserving of great conversations with each client to make it happen.
Deirdre's love of traveling has brought her to Scandinavian Travel organizing trips to some of the most beautiful countries in the world. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm is the perfect combination for creating a unique and memorable experiences for our clients.
An avid traveler, Kat grew up in California and lived in London before settling on the East Coast with her family. She continues to take every opportunity to travel and experience new cultures. Kat is dedicated to providing clients with an exceptional travel experience and works to provide seamless plans to ensure an extraordinary adventure tailored to each individual traveler.
Born and raised in Ireland, Katheriona has only recently move to the US in 2012. Katheriona received a B.A. in Psychology and Post Grad Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin and the Michael Smurfit Business School. She also holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the National University of Ireland. Before taking time off to raise her two boys she was SVP, Human Resources Director of Marsh Ireland Ltd. Katheriona and her family continue to return home to Ireland to visit family and explore their beautiful island. When not traveling or at her desk, Katheriona can be found on the tennis court, pounding the pavement, or most probably driving her kids to sports

Since moving to the US, Katie has spent countless hours organizing trips for her extended family and friends to visit the US, as well as trips for her own family to travel to Europe. With her meticulous planning style, sense of adventure and all of the travel knowledge that she has gleaned over the past 10 plus years, Katie is now ready to organize a bespoke vacation for you to experience stunning Scandinavia!
Kelly's love of travel begin in high school, after being involved with an international exchange program, both as a host family and as a student abroad to Finland. She's loves people and detailed planning, a perfect combination to create a trip of a lifetime!

MaryAnn has travelled extensively in Europe beginning in High School with summer trips abroad, study abroad programs in college and many trips since. Travel is one of her true passions and she brings that enthusiasm to you and your fellow travelers while creating extraordinary experiences. She loves adventure, the outdoors and good wine and can't wait to get started planning your next trip!
Nancy first traveled abroad in high school with other students to the south of France. Since then, she has enjoyed traveling with family and friends in Europe and other parts of the world. She has recently returned from an unforgettable trip to Norway that was planned by our team. Tom is a longtime expert on travel and has explored many regions of Scandinavia-including Norway, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.
