Ruling Technologies Sdn Bhd (RT), was incorporated on 9 January, 2006 as a private limited company. RT is established as an extension of business operations of its parent company, Ruling Technologies Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore in year 1998... RT provides Software Services in advanced technologies fields to our customers in Germany, Malaysia, China, Taiwan and Japan. Our ability to provide high tech solutions and/or integration on schedule is a key to our continued success in the market. RT has been established to add resources to the resource pool to ensure continued timely service to our customers... These are the lower Hardware interface models in various commercial operating systems. We build on these extremely complex standards to provide interfacing between Hardware and Software for our customers' hardware and our Software Applications.
