With skills ranging from marketing, graphic and web design to project management and social media sorcery, Jazmyn is not just a professional - she's a marketing maestro, a logistics whiz, and a community champion, all rolled into one. Having worked with non-profit organizations across the spectrum of national to grass-roots, Jazmyn enjoys helping connect the dots between vision and action. In her spare time Jazmyn enjoys photography (she used to be a professional wedding photographer...her favorite part of every wedding? Cake of course!) and dreaming about her days of Eurpoean life when she lived in Germany for a few years.
Jen is the visionary behind rvatech's really, really ridiculously good (looking) events. She's a creative mastermind who enjoys taking the logistical and making it feel *magical* for each and every attendee. From conferences to networking events to the annual Gala, you can guarantee Jen has a master plan (and a mood board) for that. When she isn't waving her magical event wand, you'll find Jen enjoying family life with her husband and two kids, going for long walks with Dood, and perfecting her pickleball serve.

Mary is responsible for making our 160+ members satisfied while also working towards the expansion of our inclusive and diverse network. She spent around two years in the technology consulting world before joining rvatech where she learned as much about technology as a non-technical person possibly could. She also learned the tough and uncomfortable world of outside sales and cold calling. Her success with building relationships is attributable to the fact that social is her middle name; just ask anyone in the RVATECH Community. She is a Virginia Tech grad and if you're looking for her in the fall, she's most likely watching Hokie football.
The one thing she's been inseparable from over the past 3 years is her 18lb spoiled dachshund, Riley.

Got an idea? Give it to Nick - he'll put it down, flip it, and reverse it, over and over again until it becomes a hit. Nick loves everything about association life - the entrepreneurial creativity, the event production, the media and storytelling, the collaborating and connecting, the community impact, and the chance to learn something new each day. Originally a practicing architect with Baskervill, he accidentally volunteered himself into a career change that led him through a regulatory agency, a college student organization, and today to RVATECH. Now, Nick works to drive the Council toward relentless forward progress. He is a Virginia Wahoo, Miami Hurricane, Auburn Tiger, and proud resident of the booming metropolis of Midlothian since 1988. His preferred programming language is Pascal.
