Earl L. Kalil

Earl has practiced law in New Hampshire for over forty years. In 1973, Earl received his law degree from the University of Florida Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif.

Joseph R. Russell

Joe's current practice includes representing businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation and transactional matters. A significant portion of his practice is also devoted to complex trusts and estates.

Michelle LaCount

Michelle has been practicing law in the state of New Hampshire since 1990 with an emphasis on civil litigation, banking law and commercial real estate law. She represents numerous banks and credit unions.

Richard R. Rousseau

Richard "Rich" Rousseau is a lifelong New Englander. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Keene State College in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2021. Prior to joining Kalil & LaCount Rich was published in and a staff member of the American Journal of Law and Medicine. During law school Rich worked in the legal departments of some of the largest municipalities in Massachusetts and received the Deans Award for excellence in Insurance Law. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Rich prides himself on providing clients with innovative and efficient legal representation. Rich lives in Raymond, New Hampshire with his family. He enjoys sailing in his free time. Rich is a life long New Englander who earned his Bachelor's degree from Keene State College in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2021.
