Job Titles:

Since 1 February 2024, Jennifer Krumbein has been building up the Training & Development department at RWTÜV subsidiary Van Ameyde in Cologne. Together with the project managers, she designs training modules for the various areas and levels of the international service provider for the insurance industry. To this end, Jennifer works with the specialist departments to record the existing work processes and define quality standards. In the resulting learning management system with targeted training courses and workshops, the development of decision-making skills and the training of communication and social skills play an important role alongside specialist skills. As a nature lover and family person, Jennifer enjoys being active. She also appreciates variety and inspiration in her job: "I am very happy about my new role at Van Ameyde! My everyday life is very varied due to the different business areas that all have to be taken into account when imparting knowledge. What I like best is that I can help shape this area - and work with so many nice colleagues!" For the RWTÜV Group as a service provider, good and targeted further training is essential. We wish Jennifer every success and support her wherever we can. What do you do for the qualification of your employees? Let's talk about it! Kick-off meeting for a successful RWTÜV scholarship Successful introductory meeting between the RWTÜV Foundation and our new scholarship holders from the University of Duisburg-Essen on 16 February 2024! We introduced ourselves and our subsidiaries, and 13 motivated students accepted the invitation. In five-minute keynote speeches, Niels Jeß presented cetecom advanced, Julian Beyer CONSULECTRA GmbH, Stefan Dreischenkemper cesitec GmbH, Laura Lipp G+N Consult Baumanagement GmbH, Maximilian Driessen Ingenieurbüro Nordhorn GmbH & Co. KG and online Tobias Apel from apro.gmbh. Thomas Biedermann and Fabian Fechner also introduced our team from RWTÜV with a short presentation on our business areas, our values and the goals and visions of the RWTÜV Group. After the informative presentations, all those present were able to network in a relaxed atmosphere. In the feedback corner and in conversation, we were particularly interested in what the students hope to gain from our support and for their future, and how we can all benefit as much as possible from working together. Natascha, Kim, Nina, Jana and Benjamin from the RWTÜV team not only ensured that everything ran smoothly, but were also on hand to answer questions while enjoying tasty snacks. A big thank you to everyone involved for this successful day full of knowledge exchange and networking opportunities!
