Adam Poniatowski

Adam Poniatowski was named Vice President Business Transformation Office (BTO) and Information Technology in November 2022. In his role, he oversees the BTO and IT strategy and promotes change management to instill a culture focused on increased accountability and speed of execution. The BTO also creates a simple, clear and consistent approach to defining value and tracking progress throughout the organization. Poniatowski joined RTI Surgical in 2005 and has served in various leadership roles in Engineering and Operations, including four years as Plant Director of Alachua Operations. Most recently, Poniatowski led multiple programs supporting accelerated growth and operational excellence, including the execution of a successful stand-up of RTI as a standalone OEM business. He began serving as Director of the BTO in July 2020 and was named Senior Director of the BTO in April 2022. Poniatowski earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.

Amanda LoGuidice

Amanda LoGuidice was named Vice President, QA/RA & Product Science in October 2021. In her role, she oversees RTI Surgical's Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and R&D teams. Prior to serving as Vice President, LoGuidice held various positions of increasing responsibility at RTI, most recently serving as Sr. Director of Quality Assurance and Clinical Affairs for Tissue & Biologics. LoGuidice joined RTI Surgical in 2012 and spent 10 years in Research & Development, becoming Director of R&D Biologics in March 2019. LoGuidice earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, she completed a Postdoctoral fellowship in Regenerative Medicine at the University of Florida Shands Medical Center Department of Surgery.

Dr. Gregory Ray

Dr. Gregory Ray was named RTI Surgical's Medical Director in October 2022. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Medical Director for Artivion (formerly CryoLife) for 19 years. Before joining Artivion he served as Laboratory Medical Director and Staff Pathologist in four Atlanta-area community hospitals. He is also the Medical Director of Plasma Services at ADMA BioCenters and Laboratory Director at Eurofins DPT (formerly VRL) Laboratories in Atlanta and Minneapolis. Dr. Ray is a past Chair of the American Association of Tissue Banks Physicians' Council and served on the AATB Board of Governors and the AATB Standards and Credentialing Committees. Dr. Ray earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oglethorpe University and his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed a fellowship in molecular pathology at the Institute for Molecular Medicine and Genetics at MCG and completed postgraduate training in Anatomic Pathology and Laboratory Medicine and was Chief Resident at Emory University. He is certified by the American Board of Pathology in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology with a special interest in cardiovascular pathology. He is a fellow of the College of American Pathologists and a member of the Society of Cardiovascular Pathology.

Guy Hilton

Guy Hilton was named Vice President, Revenue PRS in January 2023 to accelerate the growth of RTI's PRS portfolio. Guy has more than 15 years of experience in the abdominal wall reconstruction market and has a strong track record of inspiring teams to build innovative marketing and selling models to launch new products in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and Med-Tech markets. He most recently served as Commercial, Vice President of U.S. Sales at Innocoll Biotherapeutics, Inc. where he built a commercial team to support pain management products in the orthopedics and general surgery specialties. Before joining Innocoll Biotherapeutics, he worked as a Regional Sales Director, Area Sales Specialist, Manager of Sales Training, Field Sales Trainer, and Sales Representative at Ethicon, A Johnson & Johnson Company and Bristol Myers Squibb.

Hetal Patel

Hetal Patel was named Chief Growth Officer in July 2023. In her role, Hetal has responsibility for the OEM, PRS, and Sports commercial channels and the Marketing and Commercial Operations teams. Hetal has over 20 years of general management, commercial (sales and marketing), and P&L experience in delivering customer-centric growth. Before joining RTI, Hetal held senior leadership roles at multiple operating companies at Danaher. Before this, Hetal had leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, IDEX, and Plexus. She earned a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Jody Phillips - CFO

Jody Phillips, CPA, was named Chief Financial Officer in April 2022. Phillips has more than 30 years of experience as a financial leader in the medical device industry, and has worked with startups as well as private equity-owned and publicly traded companies. Prior to joining RTI, Phillips served as Executive Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer at Exactech for more than 20 years. Phillips earned a Master of Accounting in Accounting & Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida. He completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Kim Spooner - CHRO

Kim Spooner was named Chief People Officer in June 2023. She has over 20 years of human resource experience focused on people-centric solutions to drive organizational performance. Before joining RTI, Spooner led HR initiatives and programs that enhanced the employee experience, fostered a positive and inclusive culture, and supported growth in the healthcare industry at the Steadman Clinic, Women's Care Florida, Zelis and CVS Health. Spooner earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tampa and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Rollins College.

Mark Mullersman

Mark Mullersman was named Vice President, Commercial Operations & Strategic Development in January 2023. He oversees the direct Sports Medicine channel, Corporate Accounts, Customer Service and Sales Ops teams. Throughout his 13-year career at RTI, Mark has taken on roles of increasing responsibility across multiple functions, including Operations and Finance and has worked closely with our Commercial teams and RTI partners to help implement new processes and establish and maintain long-term partnerships. He most recently served as Sr. Director, Commercial Operations. Mark's leadership has been instrumental in enhancing our customer's experience by providing increased levels of service and performance. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.

Matthew Crump

Matthew Crump was named Vice President of Operations and Donor Services in December 2021. In this role he oversees RTI Donor Services and is responsible for all U.S. operations. Crump joined RTI in July 2019 as Vice President of RTI Donor Services, a not-for-profit organization that partners with tissue recovery organizations in acquiring donated tissue on behalf of RTI Surgical. Prior to joining RTI, Crump served as Chief Operating Officer at Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research (LEITR) in Tampa, Florida, where he oversaw Eye Banking operations and was heavily involved in the successful transition of RTI Donor Services' Florida Recovery Division to LEITR. Crump previously held leadership roles at several other tissue donation organizations, including New England Donor Services, Tissue Banks International, Donor Network West and OneLegacy. He is active in the American Association of Tissue Banks as a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist and has held several leadership positions within the organization.

Olivier Visa - CEO, President

Olivier Visa was named President and Chief Executive Officer of RTI Surgical in July 2020. He is now leading the development and strategic execution of RTI Surgical toward accelerated growth, enhanced employee development, patient-centric innovation, and customer intimacy. Having joined RTI in 2017 as OEM Franchise leader, Visa brings more than 28 years of life sciences leadership experience to the team and is highly regarded for driving focus on patient outcomes and team collaboration to lead dynamic business transformation and build sustainable value. Prior to joining RTI, as Vice President of the Global Compounding business unit of Baxter Healthcare, Visa led, with the support of the country leaders, the acceleration of profitable growth with a relentless focus on patient safety. Prior to this role, he had multiple commercial leadership responsibilities across the world, including Baxter Pharmaceuticals and Technology as well as its global contract manufacturing business. Visa earned a doctorate degree in pharmacy from the University of Aix Marseille II and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Pascale Witz - Chairman

Pascale Witz was named Chair of the RTI Surgical Board of Directors in June 2021. Witz is the Founder and President of PWH Advisors, an advisory firm serving Biotech, MedTech, Diagnostics and HealthTech companies. Witz is the former Executive Vice President, Global Pharma and Consumer Healthcare Divisions with Sanofi S.A., and was formerly President and CEO of GE Healthcare's Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business. She is an experienced global leader in the healthcare industry, with a track record of leadership and operational excellence in Pharma, MedTech, Diagnostics and Digital Health industries. Witz served on Sanofi's Executive Committee from 2013 to 2016, and was with GE Healthcare from 1996 to 2013, where she held leadership positions of increasing responsibility, based in Europe, the UK and the USA. She started her career with Becton Dickinson Pharmaceutical System, based in their European headquarters in Grenoble, France. Witz serves on the boards of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA, Horizon Therapeutics Plc., Perkin Elmer Inc., and Regulus Therapeutics Inc. as well as privately held companies. Witz earned a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, France, and a Master of Science (MSc) in biochemistry from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquees in Lyon, France. She was also a doctoral student in molecular biology at the CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) in Strasbourg, France.
