The original owner, Kenneth "Micky" Coughlin, had been servicing pools since 1973 with visions of building his own quality pools that would be affordable and offer low maintenance costs. Micky realized his dream when he moved to the Sacramento area to build in-ground vinyl swimming pools. Over the years, Rustic Pools has evolved from building pools to now repairing and remodeling in-ground vinyl liner pools. Micky's son, Steven, has carried on his legacy...
