SAFphire is a Programmable Linear Controller designed specifically for closed-loop coordinated drive control applications. SAFphire controllers offer single digit millisecond scan times to allow for high performance dynamic responses... With two built in ethernet ports and a variety of analog and digital IO cards, the SAFphire has the ability to integrate into a system with a variety of other devices and also has the ability to interface to both AC and DC drives from a number of different manufacturers. The ethernet ports allow the SAFphire to also interface to most of the well-known PLC and HMI's on the market today... Programming and troubleshooting are done via the SBL32 windows application using predefined function blocks.
