Russell is a talented web applications developer with 10 years work experience. Currently Russell works as full-time software engineer for XCast Labs, Inc. For XCast Russell maintains the Voice Over IP (VoIP) control panel--a web application written in Java and deployed on Tomcat. In addition to Java Russell also maintains several PHP applications used by XCast such as an automatic provisioning system for VoIP devices, and XMLRPC services. The XMLRPC services are deployed in PHP and used for integration with the control panel or switch software, they include a device registration lookup service and an IP address testing service...
