You can taste Tamagawa products in their untouched, untreated form as we ship the "3U" editions, but we also offer thoroughly aged versions of many to show the captivating developments of flavour that only come with time... Our brand name, Tamagawa, can be translated as "Jewel River", and is thought to derive from the Kawakamidani River which flows by the brewery.
