Adam Nalls

Adam Nalls is a Market CEO at LINKBANK where he is a part of executive bank management and helps lead a team of bankers including a focus are on serving the unique needs of the government contracting community. Adam has over a decade of experience banking government contractors and his deep understanding of the nuances of the government contracting industry allows him to support his clients by providing working capital, mobilization, partner buy out, and M&A financing. Helping clients focus on company strategy in conjunction with the appropriate financing/capital structure is of great interest to Adam. Adam previously was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Credit Officer at Virginia Partners Bank and help lead them through a merger of equals with LINKBANK. Prior to Virginia Partners Bank, Adam led the government contracting banking group at Access National Bank until its acquisition by Atlantic Union Bank in February 2019. Adam has nearly two decades of commercial banking experience including prior roles focused on SBA lending and credit underwriting. Cameron Hamilton

Cameron Hamilton is a Managing Director and Head of Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services (ADG) in the Investment Banking group. Jon Williams serves as Chair of the Government Contracts Group at PilieroMazza, a business law firm serving the needs of government contractors. He is an experienced legal advisor to government contractors on a wide range of federal, state, and local procurement matters. Vinny has been involved in starting, growing and selling multiple companies and continues to advise companies as a director or advisor (Proquire, ArchiTECHture Solutions, ExecuRental, About Objects, Swypegear, ViaNova, Counsilium, among others). Mr. Raj enjoys combining his experience, knowledge and passion for technology and business management by providing exceptional returns on investment and optimizing operational efficiency. Academically, Mr. Raj completed his Advanced Executive Management Education (Executive MBA) at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Additionally, Mr. Raj was conferred a Master's degree in Information Systems Management after completing his graduate work at Carnegie Mellon University. Vinny also holds a Bachelors' Degree in MIS and Business Administration from Duquesne University. Mr. Raj is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) administered through the Project Management Institute Personally, Vinny likes anything that goes fast and enjoys reading about the art of M&A. In his spare time, you can catch Vinny racing sports cars or his full carbon-fiber road-bike when he gets a chance. He also participates in various (self-inflicted) competitive exercise challenges (latest challenges include Spartan Race and Orange Theory Fitness), so he can keep his energy (and health) up for his family. Vinny is married to a wife who is a supermom that manages and balances a successful career as a Partner at a $12B+ Hedge Fund Investment Firm, and together, they have two young boys who share their parents passion for reading, traveling, gadgets and being outdoors.
