David Reid is Regional Manager, Central Northern Ontario, responsible for all four Sotheby's International Realty Canada offices in Muskoka: Port Carling, Gravenhurst, Huntsville, and Bracebridge.
David has been passionately serving the real estate industry since 2003, helping clients buy or sell homes and cottages in the Muskoka region. In 2010, David and his business partner Brian Guerriero executed a dream of opening their own real estate brokerage, Enjoy Muskoka Realty. They established a highly successful, independent real estate brokerage with offices in Gravenhurst and Bracebridge that stood out for its unique family culture and stellar customer care.

Erica is a senior-level creative luxury marketing professional who brings 12 years of progressive experience, including a decade with the Sotheby's International Realty® brand, to her role as Regional Marketing Manager, Eastern Canada.
An Italian-Canadian originally from the Greater Toronto Area, Erica lived in Paris (France) and Atlanta (U.S.A.) before recently relocating back home to Toronto with her family. She first began her career as a marketing consultant and graphic designer, assisting individuals and companies with their branding and different marketing initiatives. She then worked in marketing and promotions at The CW Atlanta/CBS Corporation prior to becoming an integral part of the marketing team at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty in 2014. Very knowledgeable in brand development and sustainability, along with an excellent eye for design, comprehensive knowledge of the marketing design process, and experience working on a wide variety of projects, Erica played a transformational role during her tenure with the team in Atlanta, especially in the development, creation and execution of the company's agent marketing and custom design services, new construction branding and developer marketing services, and extensive collection of corporate brand collateral, tools and resources.

Norb Park is an Associate Broker of Sotheby's International Realty Canada for Alberta and the founder of SIX Real Estate Consulting Inc., a diversified real estate consulting firm with significant expertise in planning and marketing major real estate projects including some of Calgary and Edmonton's more successful high-rise developments.
Beginning in 1978 and prior to starting SIX, Norb worked for major single-family homebuilders in the roles of general manager and sales and marketing manager. He has also been a partner in a single-family home building company.
Norb is a former board member of the Calgary Regional Home Builders Association, the Calgary Home Builders Foundation and the Marketing Advisory Committee for the Alberta New Home Warranty Program.
