Charles L. (Lee) Archer - President

Founder of Associated Business Products, which he sold to IKON Office Solutions, and became a senior executive of IKON as the Rocky Mountain District President from 1990 to 1998. Founded Copiers Now in 1999, which was a Venture Capital Funded enterprise, sold the Technology developed in this enterprise in 2002. Founded Associated Payroll Systems in 2002 & sold this enterprise in 2005. From 2005 to 2006 worked as an Executive in Residence for the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. In 2006, co- purchased controlling interest in VFC, a specialty construction business engaged in the Lightning Protection & Grounding Business doing business in 26 States, in 2010 sold his interest in this company. In August of 2011 co-purchased controlling interest in Salt Lake Legal LLC. Mr. Archer is a past Board Chairman for Canon USA's National Dealer Advisory Board, he has also served as Board chairman for Children's Aid Society of Utah & Delta Sigma Foundation, & a member of the YMCA Utah board. He served his country as an Army Officer in the Armor Branch for 13 years. Mr. Archer received his B.S. & MBA from the University of Utah.

James C. Beck - VP of Sales

Jim was a former owner and Vice President of Sales for Associated Business Products, which was acquired by IKON Office Solutions in 1988. He served as Vice President of Sales for the Rocky Mountain District of IKON from 1990-1999. In 2000 he co-founded Automated Business Products, which was acquired by Ricoh Corporation in May of 2008 and also founded Beck Group Enterprises in 2009, a real estate investment company. He has remained a partner of Automated Business Products of Colorado. Mr. Beck presided over the California Oakland mission of the LDS Church from 2006-2009. He has served in many church positions and has been active on the Boards and committees of the Boy Scouts of America, Rotary International, the Utah Symphony, the Intermountain Research and Medical Foundation, the American Diabetes Association, the South Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce & is an honorary Colonel, South Salt Lake City Police. Mr. Beck studied at Brigham Young University and the University of Utah.

Todd Stevens

In addition to overseeing the finances of Salt Lake Legal, Mr. Stevens also manages a clean tech venture fund, RenewableTech Ventures, based in Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Salt Lake Legal, Mr. Stevens was Founder and Managing Director of Wasatch Venture Fund, now EPIC Ventures from 1993 to 2009. Mr. Stevens was also Manager of the Zions Bank Venture Capital Department from 1993 to 2009. During the past 20 years, Mr. Stevens raised six venture funds focused on early stage technology companies with commitments totaling over $250 million. Prior to founding Wasatch Venture Fund, Mr. Stevens was a development and finance executive in the independent power/ cogeneration industry from 1988 to 1991. He also worked as a real estate executive in Chicago with Homart Development from 1985 to 1988. Mr. Stevens received his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, cum laude, in Accounting and Management and received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Graduate School of Business.
