Amy Schmitt Faulkner, daughter of founder Paul Schmitt, remains committed to the foundation for Schmitt & Co's success - professional self-storage management services delivered with experience and efficiency. For 20 years, Andrew has enabled some of the most innovative Bay Area companies to stand out from the crowd. Blending originality, simplicity and experience, he is well known and respected for his creative design and marketing solutions.
After receiving an MBA in Finance from NYU, Kathy held various financial positions at a REIT, IBM and GE Capital. She then became Controller of a private held real estate brokerage and management company. Kathy brings to Schmitt & Co an extensive background in all areas of real estate accounting operations as well as portfolio/asset management.
Schmitt & Co has been in the self-storage business since 1978 when we developed our first storage facility. The company was founded by Paul Schmitt and is now owned by his three children Eric, Will and Amy. Schmitt & Co. continues to offer its clients the expertise in small company management, finance and marketing that Paul's 40 years in the self-storage industry created.
