Andrew was born in Austin, grew up in San Antonio, and currently lives where ever his next listing takes him. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business from Northwood University of From an earliest age, Andrew has been passionate about land and the wildlife that resides Andrew is a member of Safari Club International, Dallas Safari Club, and has served as a board member of International Evangelism Association since 2019.

Larry was born & grew up in Austin, Texas. Larry married his lovely wife, Cathy in 1970. After attending the University of Texas at Austin, in 1972 he was licensed as a real estate salesman & sold in the Austin area. In 1975, Larry secured his Broker's license & managed several real estate companies in both the North & South areas of Austin, including the West Lake Hills community. In 1982, Larry and Cathy, with their two young boys moved to Salado, Texas & purchased a historic home built in 1855. Larry continued working in the Austin real estate market until 1986 when he closed his office, Properties by Larry Sands & moved his real estate company to "historic" Salado. Larry & Cathy opened the first Bed & Breakfast in 1984 named, The Inn at Salado. In June, 1986, Larry opened his real estate office in a downstairs room at The Inn & began selling "One of a Kind" properties in Salado, Texas. Larry & Cathy are members of First Baptist Church in Salado & are very active in multiple organizations which include the Salado Chamber of Commerce & the Salado Historical Society. Larry served as President of the Historical Society (1993-1995) & a board member of the Chamber of Commerce (2011-2013). Larry is also an active member of the Temple Board of Realtors & served on the Board of Directors (1999-2003). In 2009, Larry and George Dentry formed Salado TX Properties, LLC dba, SALADO PROPERTIES and joined forces to provide professional real estate services for Residential, Commercial, Investment, and Land sales in the Salado and Central Texas area. For 40 years now, Larry has called Salado, Texas his home, and in June, 2022 Larry will celebrate 50 years as a Realtor with the National & Texas Association of Realtors. With 50 years of being active in real estate in Central Texas, Larry has truly acquired a lot of knowledge in this industry, and as a professional Broker, Larry would enjoy working for you as a Buyer's Representative, or represent you to SELL your property, or even work as an Intermediary on your transaction. Terry Weaver has been working in the real estate industry for over 45 years. He spent 6 years as a real estate loan officer for a commercial bank before becoming involved in real estate development and the sale of land for over 38 years. He has had his Texas Real Estate Salesman license since 1983 and has been involved in many large land transactions. In the last 25 years he has been President of Sterling Texas, Colorado, and North Carolina. Terry has been on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Builders for over twenty-five years and is a Life Director as well as a member of the Dallas Builder Association. In 2005 and 2017 Terry received the Developer of the Year Award from the Texas Association of Builders. He has Chaired the GRC and PAC committees for TAB. Terry graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1975 with a Bachelors of Business Degree in Economics. He completed the Advanced School of Banking at Texas Tech University in 1980. He is married to retired kindergarten school teacher, Linda Weaver. They have two grown children and two grandsons. Terry and Linda reside at the Retreat Golf Resort between Cleburne and Glen Rose, Texas where they enjoy the grandchildren, fly fishing in Colorado and playing golf anywhere they can.

Zach has been working in the real estate industry for over 16 years. His Salado roots grow deep as he grew up in historic Salado. He persued his college career at Texas Tech university. After a successful sales career in the Dallas area Zach followed his father, Larry's, footsteps, learning the trade in 2006 and becoming a successful Realtor in and around central Texas. Today, Zach resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his family, and focuses on residential sales in that area.
