Cheryl Richards recently started with Search Consultants bringing more than 20 years experience in staffing at all levels. Prior to Search Consultants, Cheryl was with Rita Richards Associates, a full-service staffing firm based in Northern NJ, serving as President the last three years. She has a strong understanding of qualifying candidates, supporting the hiring manager's needs and building long-lasting relationships with her clients.
She has worked with companies in the biotech/pharmaceutical, investment, consumer packaged goods (CPG), professional services, retail/apparel and manufacturing environments placing candidates in management through director level positions. Cheryl has earned a reputation for doing what it takes to find the right match based on a thorough understanding of her client's business and the company's culture.
