Andrew Ruiz de Gamboa serves as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary to SageNet, after having served as senior counsel to Spacenet prior to its acquisition by SageNet in 2013. A seasoned in-house advisor, Andrew has 15 years of experience working with a number of DC-area telecommunications companies in areas related to corporate compliance, internal audit, M&A, and IP and HR litigation support with a primary focus on customer and vendor contract negotiations.
Andrew graduated from the University of Virginia, and earned his law degree from George Mason Univ. School of Law.
Bill Morris leads SageNet's sales and service delivery organizations with a focus on achieving the company's revenue goals by enhancing service delivery, driving productivity throughout the sales team, developing improved sales operations processes and increasing the use of data analytics.
Bill joined SageNet in January 2018 through the acquisition of Aware Software, where he served as GM. He oversaw the revitalization of the company's Wandering WiFi business operations and spearheaded the development and launch of Aware's innovative IoT/Visualization product offerings. Prior to Aware, Mr. Morris held senior positions at Manhattan Associates.

Brad Wise serves as CEO of SageNet, where he is responsible for creating and communicating SageNet's vision, defining its mission, and leading the organization to achieve its objectives. Brad brings the company an entrepreneurial style and vision that combines the company's leadership in managed services with the agility and focus of an intensely customer-centric organization.
Previously, Brad served as SageNet's President. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Spacenet. Before joining SageNet, Brad was CEO of CICAT Networks, where he developed the business systems and strategies that advanced CICAT's position as a leading provider of carrier-agnostic network services.
John Meek is SageNet's Chief Operating Officer. John joined SageNet in 2017, and previously served as the company's Vice President, Project Management Office. In his role as COO he is responsible for operationalizing the organization's mission and vision, with responsibility for the company's daily administration and operations.
John is a multi-discipline technology professional, with strengths in strategic thinking and tailoring operational processes to deliver a superior customer experience. His business acumen has led to experience across a variety of fields and services, making him a leader on many fronts and able to identify opportunities to move forward in a changing marketplace.
Prior to joining SageNet, John held leadership positions in start-ups and major corporations where he has been recognized for his strong managerial and analytical leadership approach.

Rodney Kramer is Chief Financial Officer for SageNet where he oversees the company's accounting and finance functions. He also is responsible for telecommunications billing reconciliations for our customers.
Rodney has been involved in the IT industry for more than 20 years. A Certified Public Accountant, Rodney worked in public accounting immediately after graduation from Oklahoma State University.
