We look forward to listening to people who live in the former Sandhills Center region, interacting with the agencies that serve them, and helping them reach their fullest potential. Our regional advisory boards will continue to represent all 46 counties, and we will still operate our local office sites... As part of Trillium Health Resources, we are proud to continue managed care services to North Carolina's NC Medicaid Direct population. Trillium now serves 46 counties in the combined region. The consolidation prioritizes doing what is best for members and providers, focuses on whole-person care, and promotes continued investment in the communities we serve... Our primary focus is making sure our members have the highest quality care, delivered in the right amount at the right time. We will protect care continuity by honoring all provider contracts (for those in good standing and serving members in affected counties). It is important that members remain with their current provider..
