As President of Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate Company since 1992, Mr. Jones has led the company to impressive gains in total sales and sales per agent, especially during the slower real estate market of the early and mid 1990's. At age 29, Mr. Jones became the youngest recipient of the Realtor of the Year Award and also the youngest President of the Santa Ynez Valley Board of Realtors. Mr. Jones grew up on a ranch in Gaviota, and has been a resident of the valley since 1965. Mr. Jones attended the University of Illinois, where he graduated with honors in 1987, and was selected as the single most outstanding senior in the College of Agriculture. Starting his career in 1988, Mr. Jones learned the hands on aspects of residential, income, and commercial property. Carefully balancing his career with community involvement, Mr. Jones has been Chairman of the Solvang Theaterfest, Board Director of the Solvang Conference and Visitor's Bureau, and 2000-01, President of the Solvang Rotary Club, President of the Oakhill Cemetery Board, 2018 Santa Ynez Valley, "Man of the Year!" Dave Henrey is a true native to the Santa Ynez Valley. He was born in the Solvang Hospital and has spent the majority of his life in this wonderful place. Having lived in every town in the valley, Dave understands the areas and knows the generations that built and developed this valley. As recipient of the 1992 Realtor Associate of the Year award from the Santa Ynez Valley Board of Realtors is just one reflection of Mr. Frederick's character and experience. As a third generation native resident of the Santa Ynez Valley and student of local history, Mr. Frederick knows almost nearly every piece of property and the history behind it in the area. He graduated from Santa Ynez Valley High School in 1972 where as a student athlete he was a multi-sport participant and star football player which his talents led him to play for the California State University at Sacramento. After college, John returned to his home and has helped people buy and sell real estate in the area since 1978. His winning attitude and hands on experience in real estate includes the sale of numerous ranches, estate, agricultural and development land, commercial, and residential properties. With career closings in excess of $270,000,000 he has been a consistent "Top Producer" with his commitment to a personal caring and hardworking diligent style that ensures the continued loyalty and trust from his clients.
Living in the Santa Ynez Valley since 1955, Mr. Condit has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1975. Mr. Condit grew up on the 2000 acre Oak Trail Ranch that is located in the heart of some of the most prestigious ranch areas of California. His family started Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate Company nearly 40 years ago, and his consistent "Top Producer" awards involve over $150,000,000 in transactions over his career. Mr. Condit's listings and sales include multi-million dollar ranches, subdivisions, commercial, land, and residential. His community involvement has included numerous governmental commissions, Alisal Men's Golf Club, Ranchero Visitadores, and Rotary. Mr. Condit's unique perspectives and plain unabashed style of business has earned the respect and loyalty of clients and neighbors throughout the years.
In 2012 I had the opportunity to relocate from Santa Barbara to the Santa Ynez Valley with my husband and our two daughters. We immediately fell in love with the community and knew that we had found our forever spot. I immersed myself into volunteer work for local non-profit organizations and found ways to give back and support the community whenever possible. After serving as President of the Santa Ynez Valley MOPS group for 3 years I was ready to begin focusing on my career.
I joined The Santa Ynez Valley Real Estate Company Team as a licensed Realtor in July of 2018 and have successfully and consistently been representing Buyers and Sellers across Santa Barbara County ever since. I consider myself to be a natural negotiator and a professional communicator. One of my biggest goals is to make sure that the chaos of the real estate industry is never a burden or stress to my clients.
I am proud to currently be serving as a Director of the Board for the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors, Chair of the Northern Santa Barbara County MLS Committee, a member of the Santa Ynez Valley MLS Committee, and Chair of the Santa Ynez Valley Young Professionals Network.
