Bill Rump

Job Titles:
  • Product Software Manager
One thing is immediately clear to anyone who works with Bill-he's extremely passionate about his work. Bill creates proprietary, interactive kiosk products that drive consumer engagement and increased profitability for SCA Gaming clients. As Product Software Manager for SCA, he also develops online "instant win" promotions that utilize his own proprietary web-based DrawServer® software. Clients know Bill for his extraordinary technical knowhow and wealth of product and industry knowledge. Before joining SCA, Bill worked in the aerospace industry and at Texas Instruments Defense Systems. He also spent time in the telecommunications arena where he developed mobile communications software. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science from Texas Tech University and is intent on producing top-tier promotional products that support SCA Gaming's role as the innovation leader for the gaming industry. When not working he enjoys hiking and camping with his family, and devouring anything in the science fiction genre.

Bud Farnham

Job Titles:
  • Vice President, Program Management
Bud leads the team that ultimately is responsible for every software product that goes out the door. He is responsible for the product development roadmap, customization initiatives, and technology partnerships. Bud works directly with clients to ensure the product will integrate smoothly with their systems to provide a positive experience and outstanding return on their investment. Bud's dedication carries over to his community work. He is on the Board of Directors of the Storehouse of Collin County, a not-for-profit that provides short-term assistance and long-term transformation support for those in crisis. Bud has coached The Prince of Peace Christian School Robotics Team since 2011 and has expanded the program from high school through elementary and middle school levels. Bud received the Northern Lights Award for outstanding service from the Boy Scouts of America, Pack 701. He has held numerous leadership positions in the Boy Scouts, including with Troop 714 in Carrollton, Texas where his sons, Quinn and Bryce, received their Eagle Scout ranks in 2014 and 2017 respectively. Bud received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Dan Rogge

Dan helps current and future clients learn about the solutions and revenue-growth opportunities they have through partnering with SCA Gaming. He takes a multi-channel approach to match communication method to his audience needs and to support content clarity. Dan utilizes social media, digital direct marketing, AdWords and search engine optimization, and trade shows that facilitate hands-on experience and in-person interaction with the SCA Gaming team. Dan believes that the key to a successful client relationship is trust and effective communication. Understanding and relating to clients and their needs is vital to a fruitful business relationship. His personal and informal approach lets client know that SCA Gaming is a true business partner. Dan earned his BA in Advertising from Texas Tech University's College of Mass Communications.

Dawn Keller

As a 17-year veteran of SCA, Dawn worked her way through the ranks and established herself as a top producer. Her clients recognize and appreciate her ability to listen to their needs and recommend creative, powerful solutions. Dawn has earned a reputation for excellence for not only engaging casino guests, but also in making her clients' lives easier. Dawn has been able to deliver success stories for casinos worldwide. She is a knowledgeable and valuable resource to top properties and professionals in the industry. Clients value her extraordinary commitment and think of her as an extension of their own teams. Dawn makes significant, measurable differences in results for her devoted, repeat customers and to new customers completing their first projects with SCA Gaming. Jason Keller

One of Jason's favorite quotes comes from none other than John D. Rockefeller, "The secret of success is to do the common things uncommonly well." Jason's work ethic and commitment to operational excellence mirror the sentiment expressed by Mr. Rockefeller. Jason leads the Project Management team that provides a turnkey suite of services to support client success. The team performs to the highest business standards and processes including: developing detailed project schedules, managing project scope, documenting change requests, facilitating project meetings, reviewing all project deliverables for quality and accuracy, maintaining project documentation and identifying project risk. Jason also provides support for shipping and receiving, purchasing, coordinating and maintaining new accounts as well as acting as the liaison between clients, vendors, and staff. Jason's professional experience in advertising and media planning complements his 7 years in a leadership role with SCA Gaming Operations. Clients know that Jason can help them achieve both their promotional and operational objectives. Jason earned his BA in Advertising from Texas Tech University's College of Mass Communications

Jenni Hopper

Jenni works with SCA Gaming clients to implement long-term promotional programs that drive continual marketing success and guest satisfaction. That long-term success makes Jenni a real part of the client's team and a trusted resource for ongoing, high-impact promotions. Jenni has developed a wealth of market understanding and experience during her 7 years with SCA Gaming. Jenni also supports clients' objectives to drive guest traffic with crowd-pleasing, big impact promotional games. Clients rely on Jenni and her expertise to assist them in promotion design and new, creative ideas. She utilizes her collaboration skills and commitment to client success to build long-term relationships and ensure that clients meet their promotional objectives.

Kirk Hadsell

Kirk Hadsell has helped SCA capture tremendous market share by outperforming almost everyone in the gaming industry. As SCA's top sales producer, Kirk understands that high-impact casino promotions are the key to resounding success for both SCA and its clients. Kirk is often invited to speak at industry functions and touts his own favorite maxim: "Stay positive and be grateful." And, judging by the results he delivers, he's on to something. Hadsell has an impressive background in sales and, prior to joining SCA over two decades ago, he served as a sales rep for Reebok Athletic Footwear and Nike Golf. When Kirk isn't assisting casinos achieve record success by attracting, entertaining and rewarding their players, he can be found on the golf course where he ardently pursues his goal of breaking 70. Kirk is also passionate about duck hunting and Labrador Retrievers. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.

Lauren Lantz

Lauren brings a wealth of customer-first experience to her new role as Project Manager for SCA Gaming. Her in-depth knowledge of SCA operations and enthusiastic approach to customer service are great additions to the team. As Project Manager, Lauren works with clients within SCA Gaming to ensure that all points of their promotions are seamless and successful. Clients can rely on Lauren's communication skills and attention to detail to make their promotional goals come to fruition. From project execution to installations and shipping, Lauren handles everything in a timely and professional manner. Lauren enjoys spending her time away from work with her family and 2 dogs, Lexie and Lola. She has a passion for cuisine and enjoys trying new restaurants. She earned a BA in Communication Studies and Minor in Restaurant and Hotel Management from Texas Tech University.

Linda Gordon

Linda Gordon is a highly regarded, subject-matter-expert in the gaming industry. During her 19 years with SCA Gaming, Linda has educated and helped clients blend digital and technology based promotional experiences with their traditional gaming offerings. This has allowed clients to increase market share, improve retention, and expand reach into new market segments. Linda joined SCA after many years of successful work with Boyd Gaming where she served in senior executive positions. At the Stardust Resort, Linda held executive roles in both IT and marketing. She has been responsible for initiatives involving multi-channel marketing solutions for CRM, player acquisition and evolution, increased profitability, and the development of gateway processes to analyze program effectiveness. Linda is known for creating vital client and industry partnerships that have achieved significant, measurable results. Linda serves on the Board of Directors of the Casino Direct Marketing Association and the Las Vegas Community Tech Fund. She also has served on the G2E Exhibitor Advisory Board.

Mike Germano

Mike brings 28 years of executive, marketing experience in the gaming industry to the SCA Gaming team. Mike is an expert on the client side, because he has been a top performer on the client side. Example accomplishments include: building and opening multiple site Player's Clubs databases to over 400,000 players, serving as Director of Marketing, Director of Special Events, Executive Casino Host with top properties, and providing expert consultation on gaming loyalty programs. Additionally, Mike has served as Project Manager for large gaming manufacturers for player tracking software and trained executive management at clients' sites to maximize the benefits of that software. Mike has been part of the SCA Gaming team for 10 years and plays a key role in developing new promotions, event, and innovations in gaming loyalty programs. Clients recognize Mike's in depth knowledge of the industry. His hands on knowledge of the marketing and promotional needs of his clients, make Mike their go-to resource

Robert Hamman

Tracey Farris

Tracey supports clients with her tremendous breadth of experience, developed over 25 years with SCA. Clients know her for her outstanding work ethic, dependability, and meticulous attention to detail. Tracey has excelled at both client-facing and back office support roles. Her SCA journey has taken her to our global tournament fishing division, the SCA sales team, and creating contracts valued at over $25,000,000, prior to her current role in SCA Gaming. In each role, both external and internal stakeholders appreciate her collaborative nature and complete integrity. A Dallas native, Tracey attended an Arts Magnet School where she majored in voice and dance, then proceeded to obtain her associates degree in Business Management at Richland College. She enjoys watching sports and reading during her free time. However, her true passion is working with those less fortunate on the streets in her hometown, helping them recapture their potential.
