Southern Field Maintenance, LLC was established in the summer of 1984 as a diesel engine repair facility. After moving to a new facility six year later, we began to offer tractor/trailer repair in addition to the existing diesel repair service. In 2005, the purchase of a larger facility allowed us to serve our customers more effectively and ensured our continued growth in South Texas. Through steady growth SFM continued to specialize further and now has several areas of expertise: Tractor/Trailer Repair, Heavy Equipment Repair, Aerial Lift Equipment and Forklift Sales, Rentals and Service. Although Southern Field Maintenance, LLC. originally started out with a focus on service and repair, we are now recognized for Forklift Sales. As an authorized Tailift Forklift dealer, we offer brand new forklifts in a variety of sizes, with weight capacity limits ranging from 3,000 lbs. all the way up to 15,500 lbs.
