SGA has extensive experience in conducting stakeholder (participatory) workshops required as an integral part of toolkit and guideline development process. SGA has conducted four city workshops for BEAD tool training and user feedback gathering. In addition, SGA has initiated four more city workshops (in association with CSMR) for gathering feedback and inputs on CyLOS tool.
