David A. Chopko - VP

Mr. Chopko has thirty years of progressive management experience in strategic planning, finance, marketing and business development for two prominent multinational companies. His experience also includes mergers and acquisitions and establishing the strategic values of both public and closely-held businesses. Before joining Blodgett & Co. in 1999, Mr. Chopko spent seven years with W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. with increasing financial and operational responsibilities in the Fabrics division. Previously, Mr. Chopko spent fourteen years with E.I. DuPont De Nemours & Company, Inc. where his responsibilities increased to that of Business Development Manager. Mr. Chopko received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a law degree from the Duquense University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. Mr. Chopko is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Nicholas A. Holt

Mr. Holt has more than twenty years experience in valuations, transactions and financial consulting. His background includes advising clients ranging from closely-held businesses to Fortune 500 companies on strategic and financial matters. He has performed business and intangible asset valuations, intellectual property assessment, joint venture and licensing analysis, and mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Blodgett & Co. in 1997, Mr. Holt was a senior valuation consultant at a national valuation firm for eight years. Previously, he worked for a regional investment bank where he gained experience in venture capital, stock offerings and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Holt received his Master in Business Administration degree in Finance from Drexel University and his Bachelor degree in Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Holt is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Philadelphia Estate Planning Society, Eastern Technology Council and the Wharton Club.

Richard K. Robertson

Mr. Robertson has extensive experience investment banking, equity capital markets and investments. His experience includes advising both foreign and domestic corporate clients on public offerings, private placements, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Robertson spent thirty years with Cazenove Incorporated, a New York based subsidiary of Cazenove Group plc, a major British investment bank. During his career with the firm, he was a Director and Executive Vice President and held a number of senior management positions in investment banking, equity capital markets and administration. In the investment banking group, he worked on a broad range of corporate advisory assignments including negotiating and consummating acquisition and divestiture transactions, strategic studies, valuation reports, and providing fairness opinions for clients in various industries. Moreover, his responsibilities in the equity capital markets group encompassed providing advice on initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements, securities regulations and stock exchange listing requirements. He was also responsible for initiating and developing relationships with private equity and venture capital firms, in order to increase the firm's participation in equity syndications. Mr. Robertson received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Nichols College. Following three years of service as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, he earned a Masters of Business Administration degree in Accounting from New York University.

Steven C. Blodgett - President

Mr. Blodgett has twenty five years experience in capital markets, investment banking and securities valuation activities. His experience includes advising clients in formulating strategic plans, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalization, raising capital and valuing closely-held businesses and non-marketable securities. Before starting the firm in 1992, Mr. Blodgett spent six years advising clients in the purchase and sale of businesses for the Corporate Finance Group of Mellon Bank. During his tenure, he co-directed the Bank's merger and acquisition activities in the Philadelphia region. In addition, he directly performed or supervised the completion of more than 100 valuations and prepared litigation support for tax and civil court cases. Prior to joining Mellon Bank, Mr. Blodgett provided financing to growth companies through banks, commercial finance companies, private placements and public offerings at two large financial organizations with a national presence. Mr. Blodgett received a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Drexel University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude from Dickinson College where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Mr. Blodgett serves or has served as a financial advisor to several multi-billion dollar, multi-national clients and serves or has served as a board member and private investor in several rapidly growing companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.
