At Wegmans, Scott has worked on everything from broadcast to packaging. That said, a consistent focus of his role has been up-leveling the digital experience of Wegmans' omni-channel marketing and Ecommerce strategies. He is helping to lead the evolution of Wegmans' digital properties, including web and app experiences. Additionally, he is helping to define and lead the creation of the Wegmans customer journey, enabling segmented and personal communications at various touch points with customers. Further, Scott has helped to evolve processes and bring forward technology solutions to better suit the team's needs, creating greater efficiency in the way work is reviewed.
