(Senior Project Engineer and Principal). Metis member Clifford Carriere, P.Eng. joined the SCE family in 2014 as a Senior Project Engineer, and became a Principal in 2016... We are proud to be 100% Indigenous owned. Our principals, Dean Bethune, Todd Bruyere P. Eng, Clifford Carriere P. Eng own the firm. Dean Bethune and Todd Bruyere are members of Couchiching First Nation and Clifford Carriere is a member of the Manitoba Metis Federation...
