SBI Offshore Ltd ("SBI") was established in 1994 as a marketing and distribution company for offshore and marine equipment representing some of the major offshore equipment original equipment manufacturers in the world, including Aker Solutions (Norway), Wilhelmsen Callenberg (Norway), Techdrill (UK) and Jiangyin Neptune (China). Since its listing on the Singapore Exchange in November 2009, the Group has been progressively transforming itself into an integrated drilling equipment and engineering solutions provider for the oil and gas industry... Established in 1994 as a marketing and distribution company for offshore and marine equipment, and listed on the Singapore Exchange since 2009, SBI Offshore is an integrated engineering and drilling solutions provider to the oil and gas industry. Since 2015, SBI Offshore has diversified into solar energy particularly photovoltaics through Solar Energy Investments Pte Ltd ("SEI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of SBI.
