Amy B. Egitton is a shareholder with the firm and a member of the Family Law and Litigation Practice Groups. Amy manages the matrimonial and family law practice. Her practice includes divorce, collaborative law, custody, child support, maintenance, adoption, prenuptial agreements, guardianships and cases under Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and practice in the Appellate Division of the State of New York Fourth Department. Amy was admitted to the New York Bar in 1995. Prior to joining the firm in 2001 she was in private practice, practicing in the areas of matrimonial and family law.

Anthony J. Grizanti is the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and a shareholder of the firm. He is also Chair of the Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation Group. Tony has focused his practice on trust and estate administration, corporation and business succession, estate planning and taxation, charitable giving, and elder law. Tony is a Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Central New York.

Chaim J. Jaffe - Shareholder

Chaim J. Jaffe is a shareholder in the firm and Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Chaim focuses his practice in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. He handles all phases of litigated matters in state and federal courts in the following areas: commercial contracts, employment agreements, real property, commercial leasing, covenants not to compete, security interests, estate disputes, commercial collections, banking relationships and business disputes. Chaim has also arbitrated matters before FINRA, the American Arbitration Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. Chaim was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1994 and has also been admitted to the U. S. District Court, Northern District of New York, the U. S. District Court, Western District of New York and U. S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In addition, Chaim is an Associate Village Justice for the Village of Manlius. Chaim has served as President of Temple Adath Yeshurun and is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Make-A-Wish. Chaim also speaks fluent Hebrew.

Christopher J. Babiarz

Christopher J. Babiarz is a member of the Agricultural Services, Business & Tax and Real Estate Practice Groups. Christopher graduated cum laude from Albany Law School in 2017 after graduating from SUNY Albany with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. While attending Albany Law School, Christopher served as the Managing Editor for Business and Production for the Government Law Review. Upon graduation, he returned to his hometown of Auburn. In 2018 he joined Littman & Babiarz, with a concentration in personal injury litigation, and Workers' Compensation. Since that time, Christopher has expanded his practice areas to focus on commercial and residential real estate; business formation and management; as well as municipal zoning and land use issues. Christopher is a member of the Cayuga County Bar Association.

Daniel J. Fetter

Daniel J. Fetter is a partner in the firm's Business & Tax and Agricultural Services Practice Groups and represents clients in transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, entity formation, business planning and succession planning for closely-held and family-owned businesses. Dan has represented clients in a wide range of industries in purchases and sales of companies, including automotive dealerships, equipment dealerships, construction, manufacturing, technology, agriculture, professional services (veterinary, legal, dentistry and accounting), environmental remediation, fuel delivery, etc. Dan was named a 2021 Rising Star (Super Lawyers) for Upstate New York for his work in Mergers & Acquisitions. Dan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego and a cum laude graduate of Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law. During law school, Dan was the President of the Ohio Northern Agricultural Law Association. Douglas J. Jeremiah P. Cosgrove

Cosgrove has written a number of publications including, Your Land is Your Legacy, An Estate Planning Guide for Farmers and Ranchers; Agricultural Economic Development for the Hudson Valley; and Drafting Conservation Easements for Agriculture. He grew up on his family's dairy farm in Clinton, New York. He is part of a fourth generation farm family which his brother, Mike, owns and operates. Jerry graduated from Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences with a degree in agriculture. He also graduated from Cornell Law School and is licensed to practice law in New York. Jerry served as the Associate Director of the Local Economies Project of the New World Foundation from 2012 to 2015, launching LEP's Hudson Valley Farm Hub initiative, a 1,200 acre teaching, research and demonstration farm as well as overseeing its Food Hubs initiative focused on value chain development and developing its farm access programming to address the widening farm affordability gap.

While attending Albany Law School, Kayla was a member of Albany Law Review, a Co-Director of the Veteran's Pro Bono Society, and served as the National Family Law Competition Chair and Director's Associate for the Anthony V. Cardona '70 Moot Court Program. Prior to joining Scolaro Fetter Grizanti & McGough, P.C., Kayla worked at Fowler, Doyle, Spiess & Florsch, PLLC in Brunswick, New York as an associate with practices focused on trust and estate administration, estate planning, and long-term care planning.

Mark N. Levy

Mark N. Levy is a partner and a member of the Business & Tax and Real Estate & Land Use Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, he was in private practice concentrating on estate planning, real estate, business and municipal law. Stewart M. McGough - Shareholder

Stewart M. McGough is a shareholder in the firm and Chairman of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group. His practice concentrates in the areas of employee benefits, employee plan fiduciary representation and estate and tax planning for professional and closely-held businesses. Stewart also provides services in succession planning, acquisitions and dispositions, entity structuring and contract negotiation. Stewart was admitted to both the State of New York Bar and the Florida Bar in 1980. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He works closely with clients in such diverse businesses as professional practices, domestic and international manufacturers, insurance agencies, real estate development companies, wholesale and retail establishments, and banks and financial service companies. Stewart has contributed articles to various business and professional journals and is also a frequent lecturer to local, regional and national professional and civic groups in the areas of pension and estate planning. On the national level, he has presented programs on ERISA and tax issues for pension and welfare plans at the Association of Advanced Life Underwriters, the International Forum, the Million Dollar Round Table and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

William B. Magnarelli

William B. Magnarelli is of counsel to the firm and a member of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group. Bill has focused his practice on commercial law; real estate; land use; and municipal law. Bill majored in history at Syracuse University, then went on to Syracuse University College of Law, graduating with honors in 1973. In 1974 he was admitted to the New York Bar and U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York. After law school, Bill entered the Army Reserves, in which he served for six years and rose to the rank of captain. A member of the Justinian Society and Order of the Coif, Bill was Adjunct Professor of Law at Syracuse University Law School from 1988 to 1990. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Arthritis Foundation, Central New York Chapter, from 1985 to 1990, of the Onondaga County Bar Foundation from 1990 to 1995, and was a member of the Ticor Title Guarantee Company Advisory Board for many years. Bill served as a Syracuse Common Councilor from 1996 to 1998. In 1999, Bill was elected to the New York State Assembly, where he is serving his eighth term representing the 129th Assembly District.
