This deep understanding of the coatings industry and company operations is critical to his ability to manage materials and ensure customers' product needs are met, on time and on budget.
Marcus is skilled at strategic sourcing, spend analysis and purchasing processes. He enjoys spending time with his young daughter and supporting her in acrobatics competitions.

With a background in lean manufacturing, Steve develops processes that provide a wealth of quality products. At Sheboygan Paint Company, he is keyed into process improvements, automation and innovation to create efficiencies and shorter lead times for customers.
