With a background in lean manufacturing, Steve develops processes that provide a wealth of quality products. At Sheboygan Paint Company, he is keyed into process improvements, automation and innovation to create efficiencies and shorter lead times for customers. Steve enjoys attending musicals, playing golf, and watching college football. He and his wife are proud parents of twin daughters and son.
