Chad Reel was promoted to the position of General Manager for Shelly Northeast in 2020 following a successful tenure as Vice President of Materials for Shelly Northeast. Since joining the company in 2007, Chad has held responsibility at one time or another across lines of business including aggregates, asphalt, construction and sales.

Chris Seta joined The Shelly Company as Vice President of equipment on February 15, 2021.
Chris has over 23 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry, serving in various roles with increasing responsibility on both the dealer and manufacturer side. His career includes roles with Caterpillar, John Deere and Bobcat, where he built and developed successful sales teams, managed inventory and ordering, increased revenue and fostered best-in-class customer service.
A proud graduate of Bowling Green State University, Chris lives in Dublin, Ohio with his English Bulldog "Dozer". His hobbies include traveling, snow skiing, and scuba diving.

Dusty Miller was promoted to Vice President and General Manager (VP/GM) for the Ready Mix Division following a successful tenure as Chief Operating Officer for the Ready Mix Division. He joined the construction industry as a laborer in 1999 and assumed roles of increasing responsibility, including Customer Service and Dispatch Representative, Quality Control Technician, Area Manager, Regional Sales Representative and General Manager for Medina Supply. Dusty has been a member of several performance teams and held leadership positions on the Ohio Concrete Futures Board and the Ohio Concrete Board of Directors.

Erin Crandall is Chief Financial Officer of The Shelly Company. Erin joined the company in May of 2022 following a successful tenure at Dana, Inc., a Tier 1 automotive supplier of propulsion and energy management solutions. She began her career at Dana in Enterprise Risk Management and progressed through roles of increasing responsibility in operational and corporate finance including: Investor Relations and strategic planning, Plant Controller, Treasury management, Group Controller, and Financial Planning and Analysis. Erin earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Mount Union and an M.B.A from Bowling Green State University.

Heather Rutter joined The Shelly Company as Human Resources Manager in 2011. Her career began at MPW Industrial Services where she served in multiple progressive roles with a focus on safety training, HR administration and management. Throughout her tenure with The Shelly Company, Heather's responsibilities included HR management for all divisions within the organization. She also served on numerous functional committees for both America's Materials and CRH. This range of management and leadership experience led to Heather earning a promotion into the role of Director of Human Resources in 2021. Heather earned a bachelor's degree from Muskingum College and is currently pursuing an M.B.A from Bowling Green State University.

Tim Rowan was promoted to the position of General Manager for Shelly Northwest after a successful tenure as General Manager of Asphalt and Construction in the Northwest Division. Tim joined the company in 2001. He previously served 16 years at the Ohio Department of Transportation. His experience includes working for the Northwest Division as an area manager for both Belle Center and Maumee locations.

On January 1, 2021, Tim Tehan assumed the role of President of The Shelly Company, a vertically integrated leader in aggregates, asphalt, ready-mix concrete, and paving services throughout Ohio. In this position, Tim is responsible for leading Shelly's Northern, Southern, Ready Mix, and Corporate Divisions, which include approximately 2,000 employees and 86 locations across 74 counties.
Prior to his current role, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Shelly's Northern Division. He joined CRH in 2017 as Executive Vice President, New England Group, where he was responsible for the development of the Group's financial management strategy and strategic goals.
Tim joined CRH following a decade within the aerospace and industrial sectors. His previous experiences included sales, marketing, and general management roles at Sensata Technologies, a leading supplier of power management solutions, as well as program management, account management, and corporate development roles at Eaton Corporation, a diversified industrial manufacturer. He began his career as an Officer in the United States Army serving both domestically and overseas in the Republic of Korea and Iraq.
Tim has a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering and History from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Tony Barna is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for The Shelly Company, Southern Division. The Southern Division encompasses 24 counties in central and southeastern Ohio, which includes 15 asphalt plants, 18 paving and construction crews, 4 stone quarries, 9 sand and gravel plants, and the Price Inland river terminal.
Tony joined Shelly in 2003 through the S.E. Johnson acquisition. Tony worked for S.E. Johnson for 11 years and has had several roles since the acquisition with increasing responsibility in Shelly's Southern Division including General Manager of Construction and Asphalt.
