Bindu spearheads delivery at SearchLight HR. AS the Chief Delivery officer, she is responsible for entire 360° process of the delivery team. She in conjunction with her team designs unique search strategies for niche positions leading to submission of CVs to clients, obtaining feedbacks on the track being pursued leading up to salary negotiations for the candidates. Her team stays in constant touch with the finalised candidates with the objective of detecting deviations if any. Bindu has spent nearly a decade in the search ecosystem and in addition to direct deliverables she mentors the team to get best results for the company.

At Unilight Ventures, he is focused in creating new entities and building value through enterprising Professional Entrepreneurship engagements and path breaking innovative business models. He brings an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of passion & aggression in the business that he is involved. Unilight Ventures has founded and promoted companies viz Edulight in the Education and Training space, SearchLight HR, in the Human capital space, Hotwheels in the Automobiles segment, Two05 Intl -USA in the consulting space besides Equentis Capital in the Financial Services space. He is also a Board member of the Indo African Chamber of Commerce. In the past he was also a member of the prestigious Microsoft Advisory Council - a 12 member worldwide appointed body and represented Asia for 2 consecutive years. He is articulate in his views about the market and ability to predict future trends forms his basic core strength. Academically he is a Post Graduate in Management - MBA, after completing his bachelors. He has obtained various certifications in IT and management which includes DSE, HDSE, MS Certifications, and CISA to name a few. He is currently on the board of few growing companies and is actively involved in most of the businesses. His personal value system includes layers of spiritual guidelines which drives the basic design principles of his companies. A family man who stays with his parents and is married to Smita and has a 12 year old son Aaryan. His inspiration in life includes Swami Vivekananda, Alexander The great, Gandhiji from the past and Bill Gates and Warren Buffet from the current lot, for their spirit of sharing. Considered as an ambitious person with relentless energy and passion to achieve predetermined objectives, he believes that social inequality and creation of wealth has to be co-related and hence CSR and sprit of sharing should form the founding principles of a human life. At SearchLight HR JN is responsible for identifying new markets, new sectors, team building and financial upkeep of the company. Though not operationally engaged on a daily basis, he keeps a pulse on the business through periodic reviews and interactions with the team members. He is a great believer in the changing landscape of Recruitments ecosystem and believes that adding a layer of consulting approach will be the new form of recruitment consulting. He has worked hard towards developing the SearchLight HR unique internal methodology of client engagements, which allows SearchLight HR to have higher productivity,. He is constructively working towards taking Searchilght to an unique direction which has not been chartered by any recruitment company in the past.

With a first class Masters degree in Economics from the University of Bombay, Shri K C Shashidhar started his professional career as a Lecturer at the University of Bombay.After a brief period in teaching, he qualified for the highly competitive Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Services and joined RBI and held the post of the Foreign Exchange Control Officer.During this stint, he was instrumental in various policy and operational aspects especially those relating to Foreign Currency Loans. Shri Shashidhar then took up a position as a Development Banker in the newly set-up RBI subsidiary,viz.the National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD), which is the apex development bank of our country.He has worked in various States of our country, heading the operations of NABARD, rising to the top management position of the Chief General Manager. He has rich experience and expertise of about 35 years in the field of banking and finance, especially relating to banking policy formulation, project appraisal , emerging businesses and emerging sectors of the economy, Rural Development, Entrepreneurship, Management of NGOs, Management of Innovations etc. He has also served as a Director on the Board of banks and has served on various Committees of the Government. He is the recipient of the Rotary Award for Professional Excellence. Shri Shashidhar is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management,Ahmedabad from where he did a research study on Information Economics. He also completed a course on Knowledge Management at IIM, Ahmedabad.Shri Shashidhar has also completed a course on Small and Micro Enterprises at the Cranfield School of Management, U.K. At MDI, Gurgaon, Shri Shashidhar completed a course on the dynamics of Leadership which took him to various foreign Universities in Germany, France and Austria. He has also attended a course in Risk Management at Brussels in Belgium.He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Shri Shashidhar has widely travelled to many foreign countries including the USA, UK, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France etc and regularly delivers lectures both in India and abroad on contemporary topics relating to banking and finance and other related topics. He has held the position of the Chairman of the CIO Club of the Computer Society of India, Mumbai and also as the Secretary of the Computer Society of India, Mumbai. He is a Visiting Faculty at various educational institutions both in India and abroad, where he regularly lectures on topics relating to banking and finance, Economics and Management, including the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies where he is a member of the Board of Studies at the. He is also a Mentor for select students at the Jankidevi Bajaj Institute. Shri Shashidhar serves on the Board of SearchLight and believes in the concept of Inclusive Employment. At SearchLight he is mentoring the leadership team to reach higher levels . His objective view of the recruitment landscape combined with variety of sectorial knowledge helps the leadership team to leverage his experience and provide value ads to their clients.

Kamal Malhotra is an Independent Director on the board of SearchLight HR. At SearchLight HR, he brings in wealth of experience in defining roles for different team members. Kamal Malhotra is an Independent Director on the board of SearchLight. At SearchLight he brings in wealth of experience in defining roles for different team members and also involved in evaluation of senior professionals to check placement worthiness and DNA match, before they interact with the client. His astute ability to decode mind mapping and interpret the resource mental thought process helps our clients have a deeper view of the senior candidates. Kamal is popularly known as the Father of Assessment / Certification industry through his previous avatar as the Asia PAC - Director of Prometric wherein he was responsible for all assessments of Microsoft, CISCO, SUN, REDHAT, GRE, GMAT to name a few. He is in his early fifties and has spent glorious 32 years in the industry through different roles in different companies. His other stints included, New Horizons, Onward Novell, and Hinditron . Besides coaching SearchLight members, he is involved in training Uniight members to reach the next level and optimize their careers. Academically he has completed B.Sc (Chemistry), B.A (Psychology), MA (International History) subsequent to which he enrolled for his MBA at IIFT. Michelle is Chief Business Officer at SearchLight HR. Her role includes ensuring that the company is being operated on the predefined strategy alongside achieving its financial and strategic milestones. Academically she has completed her M.COM pursuant to which she went on to pursue her MBA in Marketing and Finance. With nearly 14 years of experience ranging from Education, Training, Research and Search services, Michelle has garnered expertise in various sectors which helps her execute her role at SearchLight HR. She has been the torch bearer and face of the company from its inception.She believes that Recruitments is all about Delivery and hence works closely with all clients to get the desired results.Task Oriented, Workaholic, aggressive pursuits to close mandates can best define her personality. Michelle specialises in multiple sectors and her unique ability to absorb sectoral challenges provides an edge to the company. Known for her passion for recruitments, high quality standards, Timely completion of projects and clinical execution methods, she has been successful in establishing herself has an expert in the recruitment ecosystem. Her growing knowledge base and stable team helps SearchLight HR execute newer challenges whilst executing the normal recruitment challenges. Sunanda Rajendran is an Executive Director with Indo-Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industries since 1983. She is also the Secretary General of Indo-African Chamber of Commerce & Industries since 1992. She is highly known in the African and Arab world for her cross border transactions expertise across different industries. Sunanda is highly passionate about the IACCI which she has groomed from being a small entity to one of India's biggest business forums in the league of the big ones viz FICCI.
