Chad Houck works with employers to fill their needs for financial and healthcare professionals. He gained a broad understanding of many types of industries as a consultant and auditor for Ernst & Young LLP and KPMG Peat Marwick. Chad became a professional recruiter in 1987. He was a founding partner of Search Connection prior to starting The Search Group. Chad is a CPA and earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
