SCI REALTY - Key Persons
Originally from Baton Rouge, LA, and a graduate of LSU, John has been a "native" of Midland since 1975. After 14 years in oil and gas exploration, John refocused on his real estate background and in 1988 joined SCI as President and Principal Broker. John provides vision and leadership to the associates at SCI and is in the primary oversight position on all projects.
Karen moved from her home in Waco, TX, to accompany her husband who was a geologist with George Bush's oil and gas exploration company to Midland, TX, in 1982. Karen's primary responsibility has been to manage the administration and financial wellbeing of SCI since 1998. Since 2004, Karen has become a gifted office leasing agent with some industrial experience as well.
